Positive section of review
Very nice room with view of the hot air balloons, exactly as depicted in picture. The staff were gr8 and very friendly, especially Mr Baijou. The hotel is located just outside goreme town, and has excellent view of the rose valley!! The Turkish breakfast was the best part!! Well prepared, fresh home made food at its best.... 10+/10 for the breakfast

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was luxurious and beautifully decorated, and the amenities were top-notch. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. I can't wait to visit again!

Staff was very friendly, beach was clean and the water was excellent. Having a bar on the beach which was only for Hotel guest was great and also the possibility to get free drinks on the beach was very nice.

The Hotel was clean but it could use quite some renovations. The garden in the whole hotel area was not very taken care of. 95% of the hotel guests were Russians. There was a lot of food on offer but sometimes not very appetizing, especially since there were a lot of people who touched food and then put it back again. There is no one from the hotel to supervise the buffet.

Absolutely nothing and booked 7 nights, but left after 1 night. Owner said we had only booked for bed and breakfast, but I showed him reservation with half board. He was miserable and very unpleasant.

Hotel was filthy and pool dirty. Food disgusting we were served dry chicken and cold rice on the evening of the only night we stayed and left the very next morning, yet the Owner sat in their small home area eating fresh fish with his family. In all the years I have been coming to Turkey I have never stayed in such an awful place. Breakfast was saved by the nice Man who worked there and I feel so sorry for him that he has to work for such a miserable Man that the Owner turned out to be. I will never forget this hotel and for all the wrong reasons. I really couldn't leave quick enough and if I had managed to find accommodation that first night I would have left straight after the dinner. Worst experience ever!

No bar, but able to bring in drinks. There are no glasses in the room only coffee/tea mug. Not able to see the sun set from the roof terrace, in that respect the photos are misleading
