Its hard to say what didn’t work for us because everything was perfect. However if I were to recommend something in improvement then I would say English course for the whole staff. This would give an edge to them in the market, otherwise staff is still very warm and helpful. Also, breakfast and food is great however they do need some improvement in desserts area. We tried chocolate cake & tiramisu which didn’t feel authentic or tasty.

This hotel is absolute 5 star! The facilities, the private beach, and the customer manager Serhat is amazing. The hotel staff is also very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Absolutely recommend this hotel who wants to have a quality time spent in Bodrum.

Nothing not to like

A true 5* experience. Upon arrival we were met by Serhat Kaya who took great care of us throughout the stay. The property is ultra modern and the management are truly devoted to customer satisfaction. In our view, this is a great place to stay in Bodrum. Wish we had stayed longer. Thank you Serhat and all reception staff for everything. Looking to book here again for next year.

First of all I would like to say thank you to Mr Serhat who made our time at hotel more comfortable and more enjoyable and of course thanks to the rest of his colleagues. Hotel was located in the nice and quiet area but close to the attractions and nightlife. Clean room with lovely sea view, clean beach, delicious breakfast. Hope I get chance to go there again. My wife and I were there for our 1st anniversary which was a great choice. Thank you all 😊

The pool(s) could be larger and more playful especially for kids. Wifi wasn't great. F&B Prices were unnecessary too high.

My stay was perfect in every way mr serhat was extremely helpfull arranged many things for me and my family and assisted us on our stay. The views was stunning breakfast was elite and the rooms was extremely luxurious, beach was clean and private we always had buggy to and from the beach. 1. Territory: The hotel is situated on a hill with many villas and parking areas nearby. However, this means that your walking experience mostly involves navigating up and down hills through parking lots. You can use the buggy service anytime, but sometimes it's nice to take a stroll. If you're traveling with a child who still uses a stroller, it's advisable to request a room in the lower area. 2. Kids club: This was one of the biggest disappointments. We traveled with our 5-year-old child, and it's crucial for us to have a kids club where our child can spend some time. Upon arrival, we were informed that the kids club operates from 9 am to 9 pm. However, when we went to check it out, the kids club was closed. When we raised the issue the next day, we were told it was a mistake and that staff should have been present. It was only on the evening of the second day of our stay that we learned there was no personnel in the kids club and that it might open the following week. Although our guest relations manager, Alexandra, kindly played with our daughter for a while, it was very disappointing that we couldn't use the facility. 3. Pool bar, beach bar, minibar in the villa: Note: When you opt for Full Board+, these bars are not included. The cocktails are overpriced, and soft drinks are not included. You have to pay 95TL for a glass of Turkish tea. The minibar in the villa is also not included. Come on, for such a luxurious hotel chain, it's not just about the alcohol; at the very least, soft drinks and coffee/tea should be complimentary. 4. Cleaning in the rooms: We encountered a very uncomfortable situation on the day of checkout when the cleaning staff arrived at our villa 30 minutes before checkout time and started cleaning while we were taking a shower and packing our luggage. This is unacceptable on the checkout day. There was likely a miscommunication, or please ensure that the cleaning staff are instructed not to do this.

This is our second stay at the Kaya Palazzo hotel chain, and I would like to say that it is one of our favorite hotels in Turkey so far. 1. The food is the best. Many thanks to the restaurant staff and chefs. The food experience was so exciting that I still can't eat at home, craving the amazing seafood and meat experience from the restaurant. I would also like to thank Mr. Mustafa, who was very attentive and nice to our family during our breakfast, lunch, and dinner times. And again - many thanks to the amazing chefs who made our experience unbelievable. 2. The room. We were upgraded to a huge, quiet villa with 4 bedrooms for free. Inside, we had Bvlgari cosmetics, very cozy beds and pillows, an amazing view of the garden and sea. Also, not to mention a huge fridge, all necessary utilities for cooking (we took FB+; however, if you stay with BB only, please be assured you will have everything needed for cooking), a washing machine with detergent and dryer, iron, and ironing board. Sleeping on the pillows and beds was amazing, very comfortable and cozy. 3. Beach, pool, and spa. The areas are nicely clean, with white Maldives sand on the beach making it an amazing place to enjoy your holiday. The pool is very cozy and comfortable. The spa looks renewed - very clean, quiet, with very nice smells inside.

Complicated 'geography' of the hotel lacking common paths between its parts. It is weird when to reach the reception you need to call and wait for a buggy rather than use an elevator

Absolutely loved everything about Kaya Palazzo . We were a family of 10 and booked a residence and hotel room. Both were exceptionally clean, luxurious, well equipped, and very comfortable. The pool, spa, and gym facilities were outstanding. The beach was beautiful and had ample space to relax on the deck and sand. The buggy gentleman, Harken and Mehmet along with the others were always obliging and smiling. Mohamed provided excellent service at the amazing breakfast room. The housekeeping staff were very efficient. Serhat attended to all our needs with pleasure. The facilities at the hotel are enough to keep you busy, but the marina is just a short taxi drive away for a vibrant visit with many food options. Overall, this was an amazing choice for my family. We enjoyed every bit of it and would love to return.

The staff and service are amongst the best in the world if not the best. And I have travelled from East to West. Every single staff member was happy polite and super helpful. The Guest Manager Serhat was always trying his best to be of assistance as is the lady manager. The beach staff waiting staff, golf cart drivers are all such lovely and warm people. Keep it up guys! The beach facilities were amazing the sea view superior rooms where we stayed were huge and all amenities were perfect. Sea view from the balcony too was great. It's an expensive hotel but we felt we got more than our money's worth and would love to come again.
