The villa is beautiful and wonderfully central. The pool area is gorgeous and the beds are really comfortable and the showers really good too. The kitchen facilities were well above what we expected. We didn't find the electricity expensive to be honest. 1500 bht for 6 nights seemed reasonable

The air con in the bedrooms was not very cold even after they kindly came out to service them. Also the kitchen/living area desperately needs aircon. The fans are okay and look amazing but in high temperatures this area was unusable to be honest. I hate to say this as the villa is amazing and we would come back in a heartbeat if the additional a/c was in place.

The location was great, it was in a quiet neighborhood. When I first arrived the passcode they gave me to retrieve the keys were incorrect, thankfully the maid there helped me retrieve them. Towels were very soft and there was a fridge in the room which was great.

Aside from the code to retrieve the key being incorrect, the room type was given was also incorrect, thankfully again I was able to get in contact with the booking agent and they put me in the correct room type. First night there a giant cockroach came out from under the bed.

Big room, comfy. It was a quiet place, so I'd rest my last 3 days in Thailand. I enjoyed the bed and bathroom with the tub. The hotel was close to the train station.

Pool was okay. I found Halal Chicken for breakfast which was very good to see.

Staff were very unwelcoming. Beds were not comfortable. They charge 200 Baht for each extra pillow. Room size was very small. Not good value for money. I did not enjoy my stay at all.
