The food prices are bit expensive and they charged me extra 750 bhat per night for my 13 yr old kid, however i have included the price at the time of booking but they made us pay the amount again.

The resort is right on the beach, very comfortable to stay on.

Breakfast is simple & boring. And the beach of the resort is rocky & not clean. Be careful when swimming with bare feet because you may get stung by sea urchins (or some fish with thorns).

The location is really good, not at the centre of the town but it is still convenient & quiet. There are many beaches & restaurants, bará nearby. Staffs are nice & friendly.

Coffee awful,no wifi at all during our visit.No transfers to and from the main pier.The extra bed was a small sofa in the garden view room,so was disappointed with that.Standard family room was better with more space.You advertise bikes but when I asked at the front was told we used to have them but they are all broken..well get more bikes,spend some money or get them fixed..who is the hotel manager?do your job and provide what you advertise to your guests on your websites etc..disappointed re no bikes to rent or use..

Breakfast was quite good,but the coffee even when I ordered double espressos was awful.Staff at the front office were helpful,location and the restaurant overlooking the sea was good.

The noise from nearby bars at night was a little loud and annoying, thought nothing the hotel can do about it!

As ever, one of the best places to stay on Samet. We've been coming here for years and each time it always esceeds expectations. Very friendly staff, excellent food and comfy beach chairs. Close to everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Ants were a problem in our Villa. The house keeping staff clearly are using spray to get rid of this but they were a problem. We had to pay for a baby cot when most properties we have stayed in offer this free of charge.

Basic but clean and comfortable rooms and beds, good buffet breakfast with good variety of western and thai flavours, fans on site in restaurant in the heat, property directly on the beach, lots of options for food and drink near by but the restaurant on site was really good - we ate there every night.

The breakfast was unfortunately not that tasty. Our room had at first a bad smell of the aircon cause of not cleaning the aircon

Air-conditioning in the room was very drying. I believe the one for our room was a dated model, but this made sleeping very uncomfortable - drying eyes and mouth.

Brilliant location. Still near the main area, but away from the business of the central beach. Fantastic breakfast, good selection of western food and tropical fruits. Budget room was a great size and good value for money. Snorkel gear available to borrow is a must! The water is beautiful and teaming with sealife. Restaurant offers a great selection of foods for dinner and nice cocktails.
