Property was very beautiful at a very popular beach! Restaurant overlooking the ocean with beach front - where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Secret tip - pay a little more for room #601!! Hotel staff almost everyone provided outstanding service. Thank you boom who allowed us to enjoy the restaurant when we made a silly mistake! Your solution made us want to come to your restaurant more and more 🤗🥳

We only had one small incident unfortunately otherwise we would have had a really perfect, unforgettable and memorable experience at samui Paradise 🥹. We were recommended to go see Jungle club.. Without much knowledge about simple things at the other place we ended up not enjoying it.. If you get suggested to go there make sure you do prior research about what you need to bring with you. Worst part is the bad experience we had wasn't even directly the hotels fault but we were rushed into sharing a taxi with other guests after a long fun snorkeling trip which we could have easily avoided. If that didn't happen I definately would come here again, there was no clear apology unfortunately or any real attempt of fixing the situation. I really wanted to give this place a 9 or 10 or even right a review on other platforms for the hotel.

Very amazing property! Breakfast view overlooking the oceans. Swimming pool belonging to the hotel and a private beach that's part of the hotels property into the ocean! Staff were amazing and helpful as well when needed.

I really can't fault P Plus Hotel. It's a great location close to entertainment, 10 to 15 min walk to Central shopping centre and Grand Bazaar arcade, it has great gym and pool and sauna , I will stay again

Shower didn’t get warm enough for my liking Aircon was too close to the bed or too large for the room Would have been nice to have one more top sheet on bed It would be great if pillows of different heights were offered
