We only had one small incident unfortunately otherwise we would have had a really perfect, unforgettable and memorable experience at samui Paradise 🥹. We were recommended to go see Jungle club.. Without much knowledge about simple things at the other place we ended up not enjoying it.. If you get suggested to go there make sure you do prior research about what you need to bring with you. Worst part is the bad experience we had wasn't even directly the hotels fault but we were rushed into sharing a taxi with other guests after a long fun snorkeling trip which we could have easily avoided. If that didn't happen I definately would come here again, there was no clear apology unfortunately or any real attempt of fixing the situation. I really wanted to give this place a 9 or 10 or even right a review on other platforms for the hotel.

Property was very beautiful at a very popular beach! Restaurant overlooking the ocean with beach front - where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Secret tip - pay a little more for room #601!! Hotel staff almost everyone provided outstanding service. Thank you boom who allowed us to enjoy the restaurant when we made a silly mistake! Your solution made us want to come to your restaurant more and more 🤗🥳

The bathroom could be arranged better especially the temperature. When you close the door, the AC does not go inside and it gets reeeally hot. Concerning the breakfast an improvement can be done on the live crepe making : they were too much cooked. Crepes are supposed to be eaten soft, not hard. These details are to get improvement :) I spent a wonderful stay !!

The people working here are really nice, smily, lovely and arranging all you need. The breakfast is good comparing to other places around! The rooms are comfy and very clean. The location is perfect if you have a scooter.

It was a great pleasure to stay in The Paradise! The sea is absolutely amazing, quite location in front of the sea and with no any people around. Mentally I m here! Also I would like to graduate Cherry for his great hospitality and kindness! We will be back for sure!

The reservation of sunbeds before 7am in the morning. The staff were made aware and there were signs up in the resort warning people that if beds were reserved and not used their towels would be removed - unfortunately this didn't happen and all the beach and front line beds were reserved every day. For thta reason alone I would not recommened this hotel

This was our 3rd visit to Samui Paradise, it is such a lovely place! The beach is beautiful, always clean and the water is warm. It is close to Chewang if you like things a bit more upbeat but far enough away that you don’t feel amongst it all. The staff really make your stay! They cannot do enough for you and are the most friendliest people you will meet The rooms are always cleaned if you require them to be, the housekeepers work tirelessly to make sure everything is ok. We will be back again 😁

Nothing. When we come to stay again we will have to book the same room it just made the stay so much more.

We loved the room. Just what we need. Beautiful porch to sit on and enjoy a drink. Pool just outside the door and the beach just a step away. Wonderful hotel and amazing staff. The only hotel in Thailand that we would come and stay at again. Traditional Thai style buildings and gardens made this a beautiful place to stay. Restaurant food better than the local restaurants. A bit more expensive but better quality and you get more. Cocktails are nice and not too expensive. Wish we had done the BBQ night but we had different plans.

Amazing stay over Christmas and New Year. The hotel exceeded our expectations and the setting was gorgeous with so many small touches and details to make you smile. The staff were exceptional and we felt their service reflected a 5 star rating. Cherry was amazing- he was absolutly fantastic and we have never felt so welcome whilst staying in a hotel before! Nothing was too much for Cherry, he had excellent knowledge of the local area, was so friendly and genuinely wanted the best for our stay. Thank you so much to all the staff, we didn't want to leave and we would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat, would definitely visit again!

The only minor criticism was the floor could be slippy in the room and nothing to dry clothes outside of our room.

Very peaceful at the quieter end of chaweng beach. Nice beach outside but could do with a few more loungers. Loved the little bowl to wash your Sandy feet before going in the room and there was a lovely calming scent around the hotel and in the room.

An older style resort, but well maintained with lush gardens. The restaurant and bar area is beach front and the food great. A big shout out to all the staff who genuinely make you feel like family.
