I mean there is very little not to like, the magically beautiful garden with I think too many different species of plants to count, all these different sections (including the pool, gym and spa) perfectly blended into each other with the cute creeks streaming through it. The entire property is a work of art.

Hotel's private beach too far to walk & complimentary shuttle only goes at certain times. Last journey back from the beach is at 4pm which is too early. Beach has sand flies.

Beautiful pool & garden. Close to main road for songthaew taxis to other parts of the island. Room cool, quiet & comfortable.

The bed was quite hard. The air con could have been better. The location was in between places so needed transport to get there

The property grounds were beautiful, the pool area was also lovely. The free shuttle bus to the private beach was great, it was so peaceful and had a lovely breeze. The staff were fantastic always.

The bed was VERY hard, with no way of making it softer (madrassas toppers etc). Our "double" bed was two singles put together, but they where so big that it wasn't a big issue, just worth mentioning. The food choice were a bit disapointing, there could have been more options (only one flavor yogurt for breakfast, only a handful of non-sea food options for room service etc)

The location was amazing, and the pool area was fantastic. Our little hut we stayed in was large, clean, and with a lovely balcony. The staff was amazing and very nice

Only downside was that the pool water was pretty warm, which made it harder to cool off but this is a minor downside compared to all the upsides!

The resort was amazing! Pretty close by the pier which made it convenient to travel to when coming from the ferry. You can rent a scooter at the hotel which makes it easy to travel around. People were super kind and helpful and loved the room and pool.

We like it everything! Great location, the room is spacious, cleaning every day, towels also for the pool or to take to the beach, a nice terace, the personal is very friendly. The restaurant has a great food - we dindt have breakfast but we did eat there several times. We was rent scooter from the hotel and i had a massage, everything was perfect. We will come back, for sure 😉

Have to get bike to travel to beaches. However, taxi pull at side of road often so easy to transport to different areas of Koh Chang.

Amazing staff, lovely rooms, lovely quiet area around the resort, bike rental, Songkran celebrations, golf buggy to drop off luggage outside room, delicious food etc.

I've stayed in and visited many hotels in Koh Chang, this is by far the best and I keep returning. Exceptionally clean, amazingly quiet and peaceful. Wifi is constant throughout the resort. Staff are fantastic and couldn't do more to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It doesn't have direct access to the beach but I think this works in its favour, you really feel like you are in the middle of the jungle surrounded by nature. In my opinion, an incredible place and one of the best I've stayed in Thailand. The photos on the website don't do justice to quite how beautiful it is. Highly recommend.

Beautiful well-kept garden. Clean, spacious, and well isolated room. Balcony with enough privacy. Pleasant pool. Adorable staff. Convenient location in the middle of the island. Variety of Thai dishes for breakfast.

Resuply of amenities was a bit of an hit and miss, air con units are very laud, gym facilities and equipment need a big overhaul. Bottom line is will came again.

Everything was great in general, the staff is amazing, the front desk girls are the best ever in the world. The hotel is very good quality, and in this price range it can't be beat.

Nothing! I might suggest to add the Italian espresso coffee for breakfast :) and one or two more type of fruit to choose. The pool was probably under maintainance so water was not crystal clear but nothing to worry about

The perfect choice for Koh Chang, especially for long stay and digital nomads . Price is very good, rooms are large, beautiful woods, clean, smell good and fresh. Bed is clean, comfy, no bedbugs (I inspect every hotel). Under the bed is clean, corners are clean. Bathroom is clean and well made. Shower has No mold and no bad smells from sewage, water pressure is strong and temperature is stable. I appreciated the towels are large, clean, and the beach towels are provided as well. There is also a robe and flip flops provided. The gardens are beautiful, lots of little pathways and bridges around the garden and canals. Canals are mosquito free thanks to air bubbles pumped during all day. Overall the garden is a pleasure for the eyes, and all rooms face the garden. In the middle there’s the pool area, with sunbeds and jacuzzi. Breakfast staff was super kind and helpful. Breakfast has teas and an automatic coffee machine - you can choose cappuccino, americano, latte or chocolate- then the cool area with sliced pineapple and watermelon, yoghurt, green salad, tomatoes, cucumber, white salad and some dressing. The hot station has little pancakes and 2 types of bread, a toaster machine, strawberry jam, orange jam, butter honey. Eggs are pre made, choose between plain homelette and fried eggs. Also have sausage , ham. Also offers 3 choices of Thai food - but I don’t remember exactly - and orange juice and water. WiFi is super fast everywhere, easily reaching 250mbits/sec
