The location is amazing ! Walking distance from every part of the city ! The room (22) was indeed small, but absolutely perfect to spend the night time there. The bed was comfy, the room is super sunny during the day. The lift had an issue when we arrived (after midnight) and the emergency number worked well to help us. The bathroom was clean too :)

It's very noisy. Noise coming from the street, coming from the corridors (slamming doors in the morning).

Good location for walking into the centre of Alvor, close to the beach and walkways . Very clean , nice breakfasts, very pleasant staff. Easy access to plenty of restaurants for lunch or dinner. Lovely suite with walk in shower as requested.

Best place to be in Aveiro! Excellent location. Close to the city center. Great host. The apartment has everything you need! I've been to Aveiro several times and this was certainly the best place I have stayed at

I stayed for 19 days and there was only one cleaning service included. I think it could be offered more frequently for longer stays

The location was great. Right in the heart of everything and good walking distance to restaurants, shopping and local attractions. The apartment had everything you needed and a comfy bed.

As an older couple, the spiral staircase to the bedroom was difficult to navigate as it's quite narrow, but got used to it after a couple of days. Would have liked a TV for entertainment on the nights I couldn't sleep, but didn't really miss it.

The staff at Chalet d'Avila are extremely friendly and helpful, creating a great collegial atmosphere . The guest house is very well run and in a great location near a metro station.

It was in a quiet area. It was clean and had a little kitchen(with kettle and microwave, small fridge), as well as a few apples, water and tea.

It was really didn’t like, more a communication problem. The host didn’t answer the phone when the transport company came to pick up our bags. So, we had to turn around and walk back, the courier company left and wanted us to pay 30euro for a taxi to transport our bags! The host could not speak English- it was very hard to communicate.

I didn't have the exact address, so it was not easy to find where to go and I did not have wifi, so I had difficulty getting in touch with the owner, but it all worked out fine in the end.

The area is not nice and far away from all the public transport. The flat is on the 4th floor without a lift and it was really difficult for me to walk up the stairs. When we arrived one of the bedroom was locked and we had only 2 bedrooms so we've sent messages that the flat is smaller than the description. No one was replying for about an hour or more so the 4th person of our company had to book another room in a hotel. After more than an hour the host texted me that someone will come and open the 3d bedroom. We were already out to get something eat so we didn't meet anyone and I didn't know that our friend already booked the hotel, so I said it's ok to go and open the door. We didn't use that room though cause when we met our friend again he told us he booked to stay in a hotel. On the last day the host was calling me asking from us to pay the city tolls for 4 people, although one person left the flat 30 mins after we arrived. I was trying to explain to him that we can't pay tolls for a room we didn't use and that he had it locked when we came but he wasn't accepting that. Although we did pay for the whole stay for 4 people when only 3 of us stayed there. He was demanding 4 euros for the city tolls. At the end I had to become rude and loud on the phone, because he was really rude and demanding extra money that we shouldn't pay. I would never stay there ever again.
