Good healthy breakfast with fruit and yoghurt plus other options. Good coffee available throughout the day as well as at breakfast. Mini pastel de nata, other pastries and fruit available throughout the day. There is a full kitchen to cook and fridge to keep your goods. Nice lounges to sit in and read and relax. We could leave all our luggage after we booked out as we had a very late flight. Relaxed in the lounge before we left. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice, comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay again. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Makes such a difference for a happy stay. Very close to the airport. Use Bolt if you don't want to lug your luggage around, although the Metro is quite close.

The staff was amazing, specially Mel! The breakfast was superb and location was incredible, with the metro just crossing the street. It is my 5th time staying there and counting! Could not imagine a better value for money in Lisbon.

Everything was great about this place, especially the friendliness of the staff. Always smiling and always ready to assist. Breakfast was very good, and a wide variety. There was always coffee, tea, biscuits, and fruits. I will definitely come back here again when I visit Lisbon.

The rooms are a little poorly soundproofed, but I guess that’s normal in old buildings in Lisbon.

The location is amazing, the metro is right outside and you can be at any of the important sights in less than 20 min. The hotel is very cozy and has really good vibes with people of all ages. The breakfast is a small buffet but delicious! The staff was very helpful and kind.

The staff at Chalet d'Avila are extremely friendly and helpful, creating a great collegial atmosphere . The guest house is very well run and in a great location near a metro station.

Not much to not like. My room had no view but I wasn’t staying in my room for anything else than sleeping!

Very friendly staff, great breakfast and comfy beds! The big plus is staff present 24/7 even for a late check-in, and I could store my luggage for free for a couple of hours after me check-out

Potential Noise from Main Road: The hotel's proximity to a main road could result in some noise disturbances, but closing the balcony door helped mitigate this issue. Wooden Floors: The wooden floors throughout the hotel could amplify noise from neighboring rooms, but the staff were prompt in addressing any disturbances.

Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the metro station made exploring the city hassle-free. Additionally, its short distance from the airport was a major plus point for us. Delightful Breakfast and Snacks: The included breakfast was delicious, and having snacks and coffee available throughout the day was a nice touch. Clean Rooms and Washrooms: The cleanliness of the rooms and washrooms was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable stay. Friendly Staff: The staff members were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Complimentary Luggage Room: The availability of a luggage room at no extra charge after check-out was very convenient for us.
