As an older couple, the spiral staircase to the bedroom was difficult to navigate as it's quite narrow, but got used to it after a couple of days. Would have liked a TV for entertainment on the nights I couldn't sleep, but didn't really miss it.

The location was great. Right in the heart of everything and good walking distance to restaurants, shopping and local attractions. The apartment had everything you needed and a comfy bed.

Needs a sign outside. Walked past at least 3 times, neighbours or local shops did not know it was there. No TV.

We liked the smart host and small but nice guest's terasse on the rooftop with river-view. Nice base appartment with sleepingroom upstairs. Freshly renovated in a house of the 16th century!

the property was in such a perfect location but off the road so it was nice and quiet. Uber to the airport was really affordable and there are a few little shops just by the apartment to get your necessities when you first arrive

The host left a message through Booking.com in the early afternoon of my arrival as to how to access the keys but because of travel I didn't receive it until after I arrived. In the meantime (once I arrived), I tried to contact the hosts but had difficulty reaching them. The delay in the message of where to find the keys wasn't the hosts' fault; however, the difficulty reaching them made it a little difficult. The towels had a musty odor.

The location was fabulous. There was a shared roof top patio that had a nice view and was comfortably furnished. There was never any one else there so we could enjoy the space to ourselves. The kitchen was well supplied and the place was clean.

Great location to visit the city, a very cozy flat with everything you need in the kitchen, and quite peaceful, too (apart from some loud and very impolite children upstairs); the top floor terrace is just perfect and Joao (the host) always there in case of questions. Strongly recommended!

Good location, very convenient to shop, restaurant and some sightseeing spots. It was very clean. Have all facilities you need. We loved the Terrace , sitting there with warm sunshine, it was very relaxing. Very friendly host João and his parents, João helped to carry the heavy luggage to upstairs when we arrived, and they have kindly given us some extra check out time , which has made a perfect holiday for us on our last day. It was a home from home.

Even though it’s a ‘two bed’ apartment one bedroom had no windows so other room was considerably nicer. Living room set-up could be more cosy with either a second sofa or comfy chair.

The apartment is in an excellent location, easy to travel to all the sights of Lisbon. Host was very prompt at replying and flexible with timings
