The apartment was in effect a house so lots of space and upgraded, so very modern. Fully equipped kitchen and nice outdoor terrace overlooking the park in the centre of the old town. The best accommodation we had in our time in Madeira. Great location and quiet at night. Would suit two couples as it has two bedrooms with own good sized bathrooms and an additional downstairs bathroom with the living area. It was perfect for us to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. There is a great bakery (not touristic) nearby for breakfast as well - near to the plaza shopping centre.

The front door opened straight onto the small and at times busy cobbled street so had to be careful coming and going. Other than that the property was well stocked (but could have a new kitchen sink plug) and there was nothing to want! Perfect really.

wonderful stay in gorgeous place! The staff is very friendly and hospitable. We have spent a lovely time there. The rooms were very comfortable and most of them offer gorgeous ocean view. There is convenience store right next to the hotel and in less then 5 mins you can get to main attraction of Porto Moniz - the pools. I would definitely recommend this place and I hope that one day I'll come back there

Hola! I was the very first guest in this season and Monturi's exceptional hostes Beatriz met me so warmly and welcoming ♥♥♥ She told me literally everything i asked, gave me useful tours reccomendations. Staff is very pleasant, helping you to solve any problem and they are going to meet your requests! Breakfast is awesome as well. And there are tv for every bed!!! 😂🙌 It's knockdown guys!

I'd like to see more proteins for breakfast. Too much carbohydrates (bread, muffins, toasts). Its great but i'd reccommend to balance it somehow. Its my personal opinion from a traveler's point of view longer than three days (i spent a week)

Lovely rooms and location, lots of really good restaurants close by within walking distance. Staff were very helpful and happy to give lots of recommendations and advice for places to visit/food to try etc.
