It is just a step from the sea. We appreciated breakfast and the service of the staff. I slept very well there. Balcony is the nice bonus. Overall good experience.

Beautiful accommodation right by the ocean. Very nice host. You can park right next to the building, free overnight. We also got breakfast, which was very tasty (eggs with ham, pastries, coffee/tea, yogurt/cereal).

There was no table on the room. That is little minus. I'm a photographer and I need table for editing my photos.

The pictures showed two single beds but in the end, my friend and I needed to share one bed. The room was tiny and did not really have any surfaces to store your belongings (except for two tiny night tables). There was noone at the receiption during our entire stay. The breakfast was included (we didn't find information on the breakfast in the booking) but is very basic.

The location is just great because you have the sea 50m outside the entrance. Porto Moniz is very small so you can walk to the end of the promenade within like 5-10 minutes. We got a room with "mountain view" but it's actually a balcony that has the mountain view to your right and the sea view to the left. The bathroom and shower were nice.

The hotel is run by a family. It's nice and cosy, clean, bathroom of good size, and we had a balcony overlooking the sea. It is 2-3 minutes walking to the free (old) natural pools, and around 5 minutes walking to the new (paid) ones. You are right on the main street with restaurants and Christmas lights in Porto Moniz. Breakfast was good, although a bit inconvenient that they only served it from 9 to 10 - but we planned around that!

Room a bit smells after disinfection. Maybe it is after-covid syndrome to the make deep cleaning.

Great location. Great view to the sea and waves. Close to the restaurants, public parking and pools. Good breakfast. Clean room. Good soundproof even being in the first line with sea view and crushed waives 24/7.

I’ve booked a room with a double bed and when we arrived they gave us a two single bed room.. Not a really nice surprise if you’re travelling with your boyfriend. I told my concern to the old man and he said that is Booking fault.

The room was very small (much smaller than the pictures) and the furnitures were different. The wall was in a bad shape. We never had new towels (it’s uncomfortable to use the same 2 humid towels for 4 days)

This place offers absolutely splendid views from the window: the ocean, the coastline and the mountains, all at once. Nice breakfasts and helpful staff. Our room was perhaps just a little bit too small for a hiking couple in need of hangig many wet clothes out to dry. Still, it is worth your money if you want to stay at Porto Moniz for a few days.

Hotel is located in the centre of Porto Moniz, near to ocean. The owner was really nice.

Only drawback - a bit old, needs renovation and air conditioning.

Good communication, easy check in, 2 min. walk from natural pools and 1 min from city center. From window You can hear the ocean waves and from balcony see the waves. Enjoyed sleeping there a lot. Also there was bath, shower gel, shampoo and soap. Breakfast was great - fresh orange juice.
