Positive section of review
the bed was comfy and the linen was clean. I also liked the location. It is very convenient to get to anywhere either on foot or by public transportation. The receptionist was very nice and she allowed us to prolong the checkout time for an hour. I saw these awesome reviews about the place having been freshly renovated but it is not completely true.

The restroom. It needs renovation badly. The restroom is quite spacious yet the shower box is very tiny. The tiles apparently were installed very long ago as there are many parts where the grout is missing completely. The ceramics is quite old too. Although it did not look dirty, you could see spots resembling mould.

We didn't stay at the Globus. At check-in, we were advised that no double bed room was available at the Globus, so would we like to stay in a double at the Leone. The room was fine, quiet, and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent location! Our room (superior queen) was clean and comfy and the bathroom was beyond my expectation. Overall well worth the money!

I would have liked a minibar/minifridge in the room for cold drinks and also the breakfast buffet was a rather scarse with no variety between days - atleast add some fresh fruits!

Breakfast was very good with good qualità producesse. The room was clean well furnished and equipped and there was no traffico noise.

The staff at the check in appeared lazy and unwilling to make us comfortable. I did not receive any printed paper of "the contract" and i could only read the price I was pagine from the credit card reader.

The apartment itself is very clean, well equipped and close to the city center. The free parking spot comes in very handy.

The communication with the landlord is difficult. Sometimes they don't reply or reply very late. For instance: we booked 2 different rooms because the first one wasn't available throughout the whole period. Initially, according to them it wasn't possible to stay in the first room (because of other bookings). In the end we checked out and were waiting for the key code for the new apartment which never came, because finally they have arranged for us to stay in the first room. The problem is that they failed to inform us about this matter... And we only found out because we called them.

It was a lottery, as you don't know which apartment you will get, until you move in. I guess we had the worst among all those presented on the site. I had only request: the bed with comfortable mattress. Unfortunately we didn't have it. Both beds were super uncomfortable, you could feel all the slats. Pillows were also very sad, thanks God they gave us better ones. The view from the window was depressing. Moreover it was extremely sunny apartment. It's unlikely, I will book it again.
