The location was very good, near the main sights yet far enough away to be quiet. The room was fine with no issues. Breakfast was what we expected - cheese, cold meats, scrambled eggs, sausages etc.

I would have liked a minibar/minifridge in the room for cold drinks and also the breakfast buffet was a rather scarse with no variety between days - atleast add some fresh fruits!

Excellent location! Our room (superior queen) was clean and comfy and the bathroom was beyond my expectation. Overall well worth the money!

Budget hotel with a great location. Clean and comfortable, as good a nights sleep as any 5 star I’ve stayed in. Staff really helpful, pleasant and professional. Breakfast surprisingly good given the cost.

The hotel looks a bit dated, but it's still very comfortable.

The breakfast was great and the hotel staff were also very friendly. The room was very spacious and everything looked clean. The location of the hotel is perfect, it's a short walk to the city center and mall.

The shower pressure was not good at all and gap between sliding doors so had to be careful not to squirt water everywhere Breakfast was just about adequate but definitely missed not having a toaster

The hotel was lovely, the staff were welcoming, were helpful and always there. The room was sooo spacious and worth the value, the beds were comfy the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was great lots to choose from. The location was amazing right in the centre of town and also near transport as well. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family and other travellers.

The room cleaning service has to be improved. The sheets were not that clean. Once we had room cleaning and the sheets were not changed. Would have preferred cleaner sheets. (Then on the Monday we were there, the room cleaning was excellent...a huge improvement). On Easter Monday there was no notice that breakfast was at 8am, unlike the information we were given 7am). Better communication would have been more appropriate.

Location was excellent and not situated in a noisy street. Breakfast was very good with a range of choice. Staff were always polite and helpful. Comfortable bed and good wifi too. Water was given on those days we had room cleaning service.

The shower was a bit snug and a bigger person might have trouble actually washing themselves after closing the shower doors. Do not expect quiet nights, the streets surrounding the hotel are very busy all the time (obviously not the hotel's fault).

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was on a smaller size but perfectly comfortable. The location is just perfect for traveling the city on foot and using public transport. Breakfast was okay.

The location is excellent. The room is big, but it was a little colder. It's not very clean. The breakfast was more than good

The bathroom was so so. Quite old and not enough space to put all the stuff. If you are tall, you might struggle with the blankets as they are 180 cm long. This was to short for me, so I had to get another one from reception and use one for my feet and legs, the other one for the upper body.

Very nice location in the Wroclaw center. Our room was on the courtyard side, thus very quiet. The breakfast offered enough options. People at the reception were very helpful.

Some of the decor is a bit dated and worn but appreciate it takes time to renovate a large building.

Although hotel is old, but room was really clean. Staff was super friendly and location is very good for visiting old town. We also liked breakfast. Paid parking is not in the hotel, but in underground parking area which is just few minutes from hotel. Overall it is good value for money.

My husband I’d tall and he found the duvet a bit short. His feet just poked out the bottom.

The breakfast was complimentary and excellent. The location was perfect for us and a short walk from all the sights we wanted to experience. We felt quite safe walking about the neighbourhood. The room was spacious, warm and quiet.
