Breakfast was excellent. Reception staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located next to main attractions in Krakow. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

All of it was good. There was some noise outside at times at night - (we stayed 4 nights) not excessive in that it was in a noisy area more drunken idiots going past - apart from this it was perfect. Really location superb, staff friendly - we did the salt mine trip from the hotel and it was excellent. Breakfast good value and fresh - everything really good. Taxi rank near by and less then £5 from station via uber. Great location to old town etc and Wawel castle.

The staff was delightful, very friendly and helpful. Our room, while not large, was quite comfortable with a large bed. Pillows could have been better, but that can be a personal matter. There was room on the bathroom counter to put our stuff and plenty of closet space. The lighting is rather dim but not really a problem. I think the hotel is trying to do its part for the environment. Breakfast is excellent with a big array of hot and cold options and made to order coffee drinks. If not included in your rate, it's 11 euros extra, which is a pretty good price based on what we saw in town. The hotel is right at the edge of Old Town with tram stops only steps from the hotel, so the location is great.

If you looking for place near to city center and train to airport this hotel best choice! 5 min to train station , 20 min to shopping center and 5-7 min to city center. Really clean room, comfortable bed.

The location was perfect for my stay. In particular, the link to public transport. All the amazing knowledgeable and friendly staff. The restaurant and the freshly made pasta recommended by Rafał on the front desk. Room comes with kettle and coffee/tea facilities and a fridge.

My second visit to, Krakow, and my second stay in the same hotel. Krakow is a wonderful city, and my friend every minute of our stay. To make it better my cousin who is married to a Polish girl took us to the national park. Wonderful place to visit. Staying at Wielopole Hotel very close to the center it's a must.

My room was quite small and weirdly shaped, including the bathroom. It was not a problem for me, but if you need more space to move around, better check before booking.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right next to the Old Town. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the building has a "classical vibe".

I stayed in a double room for single use. The double bed was in fact two separate mattresses put together. I also got one set of pillows and a narrow, single comforter. There was also one bag of tea and one bag of coffee. Seemed a bit cheap.

Not really a dislike but even though we were two single travellers occupying double rooms it was odd to only be provided with a single duvet for the bed. And the restaurant downstairs, whilst exceptionally clean and providing delicious and good value for money food, does not let you charge your meal to your room without an additional 10% charge, which we didn’t realise until the end of the meal resulting in a quick dash upstairs to retrieve a way to pay…though this may well have been outlined in the information sheets provided in our rooms that we didn’t read!…neither is a gripe or a dislike, just a comment, and would certainly not prevent us from booking again 🙂
