CHR is conveniently located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood with easy access to all transport links, local shops, parks and hospital. It exceeded our expectations for everything and is wheelchair accessible. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, taking care of our every need. Nothing is too much trouble for reception, cleaning or breakfast staff. There is a great system to store luggage securely for early arrivals. Our room was spacious, spotless and well equipped with a kitchen, very comfy beds and quality linen changed regularly. The reasonably priced breakfast was delicious with plenty of beautifully cooked options. We have thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay and will definitely be back.

The location was wonderful: in the midst of nature, quiet and cosy. The garden was very nice. I felt at home, because the accommodation was like a house, with a separate kitchen (everything and more was there!), a cosy bedroom and a lovely livingroom with thank god a wood stove.... I liked that very much, because the weather was very cold. But the warmth of the house and surroundings made it all worth. I surely want to come back!

Pincoffs is a beautiful Boutique Hotel. Right from walking into the building the service is personable, a member of staff saw us to our room. When there was an unclear point on our bill, we discussed this & this was quickly resolved. Our room was spacious & comfortable, the shower was fabulous & the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay & would recommend this hotel, when in Rotterdam.

Not an early person so did not use the breakfast facilities, however my friends did and were quite satisfied. The location was lovely, the bars and restaurants in the area were fantastic.

My room smelled of smoke, having recently given up it was not pleasant but not enough to spoil my stay.

Very friendly staff. Good location not far from the center and train station. Nice place with cozy space, garden and equipped kitchen. A lot of travelers, but not noisy, possible to rest.

price of self service counter down stairs was very expensive and location was a small bit away from city and across the river(boat is free though) but it was all worth it but just take it into account
