We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Not an early person so did not use the breakfast facilities, however my friends did and were quite satisfied. The location was lovely, the bars and restaurants in the area were fantastic.

GermanyThe breakfast is too bad for what the hotel have presented. The coffee is unacceptable, no cappuccino offers but for this case is acceptable. The bread choices were poor and very less, seems like we were there for begging for something to eat. The worst part is... they even serve the expired peanut butter on the table, I'm speechless. Lastly, the staff (checking in and at the breakfast) is somehow unfriendly and seems doesn't like her job, no service minded and need better training for professional service.
The location is perfect for a short walk to a blossom park.

United StatesCalling it a boutique hotel is an exaggeration. There were no lounges or common spaces to enjoy. No restaurant or cafe, no place to even get a cup of coffee in the morning. No elevator and all the rooms were upstairs; no one to help with bags. It felt quite isolating.

United KingdomThe cleanliness of the room and bathroom could have been better. There was lots of dust and fluff behind some of the furnishings, marks on the walls and doors and in corners. Just a little more attention to detail would help.
The staff, despite having suffered a tragedy the day before, were extremely attentive and friendly and apologetic for the chaos arising from the tragedy. If I hadn't been told, I would not have known. The breakfast was lovely! I'd like to give an extra special mention to Noor who went out of his way to help us during our stay, despite not normally being based at Amstelveen. The area, although outside of Amsterdam, was lovely and quiet with public transport close by.

United StatesNo sign of hotel in front of property, I almost passed it if not for the owner who asked if I was looking for the hotel. Otherwise, all good
Hotel is 5 minute walking distance to the bus station and the Stadshart which has great open market on Fridays. Two minute walk, and you are in town with local restaurants and cozy neighborhood bars. The people who manage the hotel are very warm and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good, the servers are caring and friendly.
