The room was spacious and well equipped. The view is good from the room, and exceptional from the pool and gym! The gym was great for getting active on hot days, and the pool is beautiful. Being able to do basic self-catering in the room was great (the stove and microwave). Laundry facilities and hanging space are convenient. Easy walking/Grab distance to very pleasant shopping malls (great for hot days). Also close to a great dance club, Spark, for the party animals.

The room was spacious and very clean. There is a grocery store less than 2 minutes from the hotel which was very convenient. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety and was nice. The staff during breakfast were attentive and helpful.

Wifi in our room was terrible, how 9mbps is acceptable in this day and age is shocking. We contacted reception to look into this but they did nothing about it, did not even follow up. Another shock was the refund on deposit which was 2 weeks to 1 month depending on the type of payment method??? first time ever seeing something like this.

From our whole trip in malaysia they had by far the worst dinner food that was also pricy. Next to that the Divers seem to have some tention.

While I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, I feel compelled to share our experience. The hotel was decent overall, but it pains me to say that the host's demeanor left something to be desired. In comparison to the warm and welcoming hospitality we've encountered at other hotels during our stay in Malaysia, the host here came across as a bit cold. Additionally, the prices seemed slightly higher than average for the services provided.
