Very nice large room. Right on the beach and could sit on our patio to enjoy the views. Very peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed beach walks. Chilled filtered water on tap was a bonus. Great local restaurant next door that we visited several times. Cheap and nice. Indian and Fish & Chip restaurants down the beach which were fine but more expensive.

There's not a lot of communal space, so if the facility is fully booked, you will not have a lot of privacy for yourself - you will need to share the space with everyone else. But if there are not a lot of other guests, you would love it! Stray dogs and cats are roaming around (some with skin conditions), although we love animals so this wasn't a problem for us, this might be a dealbreaker for some.

We got a room with an unobstructed view of the sea, with two hammocks and a little gazebo outside. Perfect for a little getaway. The host was very kind and helpful. There's a communal kitchen for you to use. They also provide a mini fridge inside for your drinks.

Not the hotels fault but when you don't have a scooter/car places can feel a bit far but few restaurants and small shops are nearby 1-2km radius so walkable.

I actually didn't stay at the cottage side, but the villa side. Cottage side is right at the beach, the villa 1-2min walk away. The location is good in either, next to the (nice) beach. There is a kitchen at the cottage side and free water at the villa side. You can rent a scooter from the premises, easy day trips around the island since it's small and the traffic is nearly non-existing. Quiet and safe feeling area.

The bathroom drain was clogged and water was stagnating. Also, there were no staff members available at reception on all days. They used to come only when someone was checking in.

Great quiet location looking out onto the beach. Large rooms have a big area to sit outside plus fridge and sink and kettle, there is also a shared kitchen area. The staff can organise a scooter to rent. There are a couple of restaurants you can walk to.

Not much, but rooms have zero noise canceling, so be aware that you hear everything your neighbors are doing and that they do as well.

Nice remote place to relax, some rooms have direct beach view. Good warung with delicious food just next door on top of the hill. Good availability of grab cars for activities. Real swimming is not possible direct in front of the place, even at high tide. Sunset beach side, nice sunsets.

The only thing I struggled with is the mattress is very hard. it left me with a bit of a bad back as it was very stiff. When you leave the room you must turn the air con off or you can occur a fine, I completely understand this as it costs money but if you are just nipping out quickly it means you come back to a very very hot room. over all though it’s a beautiful place and we would stay again. It also made us sad seeing birds in cages. i am a vet (animal doctor) and the cages are too small for the birds, it made me not want to sit down and eat my breakfast because I felt sad for the birds.

location is fantastic, love that it’s right by the beach. rooms are amazing value for money! the room was spacious and clean and there is a restaurant on site and the food is great.

We had the little cottage for 2 people. It is just between the parking spots and lots of motocycles passed by during the night and morning. If you are sensible to noise, be ready to have something to block it or avoid that room.

It is located at the begining of the beach, very quiet area, far from the principal beach. Perfect to relax on the beach. The restaurant next door is amazing! No english menu, but the food is delicious and very good price

This bit of the beach isn’t as nice as further up towards Scarborough Fish n Chips and beyond. Quite secluded location with only a few dinner options within 10/15min walking distance. Room could have been cleaner. Complementary beach towel use would have been nice as an extra in the room, as lots of hotels by beaches provide.

Good location for quiet and calm rest. Long beach (part of it - owned by other hotel, but it is allowed to walk there), places to eat very close, but you have to walk if you need some shops.
