Positive section of review
Big, beautiful pool and nice environment overall. The decoration of the room is pleasant. Air conditioning works well and helps when there is humidity in the room. Quick response from the reception and kind staff. The space is guarded 24/7 so we were not worried for our car and other possessions.

We have booked a double standard room but it was not explicitly stated in booking (as you can see in the attached photos) that this is a bangalow. Feels like a scam and it should be written clearly in booking platform to avoid misunderstandings. For example, it could be written like this: “Standard double room in bangalow”. The room looked very cheap but this was the smallest detail. The worst was the humidity in the room, the lack of hangers in the bathroom and the ants that were walking all over the floor the last night of our stay. Also seems like they forgot to put a lock to the bathrooms door. No hangers inside the bathroom so there was nowhere to hang our towels. This along with the humidity was very unhealthy. More specifically, we had a bath in the morning, we hung our towels in the space that is supposed to be a closet, outside of the bathroom and we left the room. When we came back at night the towels were still wet. The worst part were the ants that were all over the floor at the last night of our stay. We did not have any food at all inside the room so it was very bizarre that so many ants were inside the shower and the main space. We were given another room because it was not possible to stay there any more and they offered us a free breakfast the next day. We are very disappointed because we complained from the first morning for our room and the resort did not do anything for that. Our room should be upgraded. Sopramare resort should work harder to keep the clients happy.

Accommodation is located 5 minutes from the center, in a building on the first floor. The apartment itself is great, big, clean, beds are comfortable and has everything you need. Public parking is free on the street. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. I absolutely recommend their apartment.

Everything. Small cosy hotel. Every single member of staff from cleaning people, to breakfast room, to front reception, were so friendly and helpful. Rooms small but perfect and spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed. Balcony with views directly onto sea.i would recommend to everyone.

location, very clean, silent and nice small appartament near Vatican and walking distance to the Rome center, nice host, communication, answers to questions came quickly...there was some water, juice, toast, croissants etc. for free

If you’re choosing to stay at a convent, expect to live like a nun. It’s authentic. The nuns are pleasant but not interactive. You get the feeling you’re being tolerated.

1. Very tricky to find, especially if coming by car and parking at their very small lot. Also do NOT rent anything larger than a midsize car if you expect to traverse the narrow one way streets that lead to the property, then navigate a 90 degree turn into the narrow gate. I scraped the side of my rental the first day. Glad I purchased the collision insurance. You have to push a button on the large black gate and they’ll open it from inside to let you drive in. 2. Room was small and spartan. Uncomfortable bed. 3. Breakfast fair at best. Very little selection. 4. Shower was hot but space very tiny, 2.5 ft x 2.5 ft.

There’s quite a few sets of stairs up to the rooms, difficult with heavy bags. Tr room was generally clean but there was a layer of dust on some things.
