Caution - hotel / B&B identifier is a small plaque placed at about 5.5-6 feet high. Not easy to find the first time.

Excellent location on centrally located city square. Large room and bath (by European standards). Amazing bed - wish I could bring it home.

Location was perfect, a short walk to everything! Clean, fresh, new. Sara was amazingly helpful and very friendly. Room was serviced daily. Spacious, clean, comfortable.

The street noise (singing at a club?) does get a bit loud in the evenings. Being close to the historic section was more important to us.

The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Clean room. Outstanding location 5 minutes walk from the Duomo.

The bathroom is very small

Such a perfect location in the centre of firenze! The owner Kiara was extremely helpful and a lot of suggestions was given by her . Also helped us by explaining Florence and giving us maps and recommending the restaurants and places . The rooms are very cute too ! Will love to come again

Absolutely perfect location between the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio, great to be able to easily reach everywhere so quickly on foot and take a break back in your room when needed. Open the large windows and hear the noise of Florence but close them and you're in complete silence - thanks to the triple glazed windows its excellent if a light sleeper. The small vernada is also brilliant for a tea/coffee and where we had breakfast croissant from the very close mini supermaket. Thanks to Sara for your lovely welcome and very informative help on the city sights, she is a wondeerful host. Highly recomended

The location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go all around Florence. It is easy to get to- an elevator was available for heavy bags. Sara was waiting for us when we arrived- so pleasant and helpful with all of our questions. She recommended some great places and went above and beyond for us on our last night with a corkscrew, wine glasses and our favorite potato chips!

It was a bit warm at night with the window closed but a bit too noisy with the window open. However the bed was very comfortable.

It's really noisy. Shop deliveries happen during the night and the binmen make quite a racket. Arrival could be managed better. There isn't a member of staff on-site all the time and we had to phone and then wait for the lady to arrive to give us our key.

The location is brilliant, right in the middle of the city and the room was very nice and cleaned every day. Coffee, tea and biscuits are available free of charge all time time which was lovely. TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime for when you would sometimes like some English-speaking programmes.

Location was AMAZING, rooms were very clean and furnitures are brand new. The spirit of the hotel is so nice. there is a small balcony for short coffee breaks. Stuff was very kind. What else I can say :)
