We stayed 2 nights at this resort. I love the location, and it's peaceful and tranquility. It was a good place for someone who wants to relax and be out of crowded. During my stay, I had to ask staff for a bottle of water and they didn't refill it until you told them. The room was full of scratches and insects, especially lazards . The breakfast has 3 limited items. Foods were too expensive and without quality in comparison with the other restaurants in the area. You can not get a grab in the morning if you have a flight and need to go to airports be careful

Very spacious area around the pool. There is a 5 meter jump above the kitchen/bar/reception area right into the pool, which was really fun to use. The bungalow was nice, clean and of good size. There was a really useful porch area with chairs, a table and some other stuff in front.

The hotel is new. The room is spacious. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is okay. It is easy to travel anywhere from the hotel with Grab. There is a taxi stationed in front of the hotel 24/7.

Firstly, the room was so big but lacked furniture There was a bed and a vanity desk, that's all. It requires at least a couch or some chair. The hotel is quite noisy. I had to wake up several times due to noise. I guess the walls are quite thin. There is noise in the morning, at noon, in the evening. It does not come from outside but from inside the hotel. They should do something about it. Also, they can think of extending the time of the room service. The last order is at 8:40 pm. Then they close at 9 pm. As for the breakfast, it is completely Asian. They should add more Western choices.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the view from the room is spectacular, and we loved the breakfast.

The pool area could be improved, the pool is rather small and the metal railing ruins the view a little. Especially considering that there are no nice beaches in labuan bajo, a nice pool area could really add value to guest who would like to spend a relaxed day in the area.

The address listed in the description is not the actual address. I had to drive to another place after coming to the first and contacting the owner. The place basically has only walls, two beds, and a drawer. There is a shower, but the owner does not provide anything for you to take it, not even a soap. I kindly asked to bring something, but was left ignored. The outlets are far away from the beds, and you have to decide between charging your phone or laying on the bed after a tough day. The sheets on one of the beds were also stained :(
