Really loved it all !!

Everything 💯 It was an oasis away from the bustle outside - after a long 2.5 hr drive it was such a stunning location to spend a few days chilling by the pool & ocean in the prettiest gardens & so peaceful! The rooms are basic but who needs more when it’s about the outside living - the bathrooms are large & I loved that they felt outdoors. It’s quite expensive to eat & drink but the food was excellent & service spot on - nothing was too much trouble. Our son dived 5 dives here & came back with excitement for what he’d seen & he loved the night dive. The dive guys were brilliant & helpful - he luckily had them totally to himself.

Coffee is Nescafe, better if they can provide Balinese coffee (filter or traditional tubruk is better) or any other coffee. Other people`s reviews on extra fees for using cards really helped us. We withdrew some cash at the ATM for this. Better to remove this 2-5% additional fee for cards (debit or credit), most of us are cashless now.

The place is very cozy, calm, and quiet with a beachfront view, the landscape is amazing - beautiful sunset and Mount Agung at the back. The staff are very helpful, friendly and nice. Internet connection is good for working, both in the common area and in the room. The place is clean and private with a very nice clean interior. Love that they use glass refill bottles for water refill instead of plastic - appreciate their sustainability efforts.

Everything was PERFECT

Staff, location, decor, comfort, cleanliness and... some of the best diving in the world! Not only the shore dive in front of the resort is outstanding (world-class), but the whole diving experience is seamless. Easy, walk from the beach into the boat, or simply dive at the front. I am a diving professional and I speak with knowledge, having operated diving centres in different countries and settings. The whole Team, from the restaurant crew, to the diving, pool cleaner, gardeners, office, housekeepers, security (not that it's needed but it's normal in Indonesia), and last but not least, the welcoming owner... outstanding experience and definitely we did not want to leave.

The only recommendation I have is to have filtered water available. I really don’t like to have to keep buying plastic water bottles. There’s already too much plastic in Bali.

The rooms were very clean and private. The swimming pool was also very clean and professionally maintained. The on-site restaurant had really good breakfasts and a big selection for dinner. No need to go in town. I thought the prices were reasonable. The staff were super friendly, and always smiling.

Bit discolored bedsheets, bit of hair in the bed, We asked them to exchange the sheets, it got better. Limited breakfast selection, some sugared juice, basic coffee.

Beautiful location, kind staff, basic facilities. You can snorkel straight from the hotel's beach, but don't expect too much. All in all, good value for money.

Hot water ran out quickly

I enjoyed a sunrise with my family, in the hotel garden, it was tranquil and stunning! I felt like I was in a fair tale scene. Very memorable experience.

The staff was very helpful und nice to me all the time. Due to the off-season, I was able to enjoy my divings with the best dive master called Eka alone, it was very exciting. Also the pool and the restaurant were free any time. Sometimes I even was the only person at the very clean pool. Food is very delicious, sometimes you had to wait a little bit longer, but it was completely fine. The room was very clean and welcoming, also the entire resort is very good taken care of and very neat and lovely designed with a lot of plants and a perfect lawn! Great House Reef, and the Liberty Shipwreck 3 Boat Minutes away. I defenitely consider to come here again when I am in Bali for Diving!

There's a lot mosquitoes in the room and the staff can not controll this situation. The prices for the food are higher than most resorts, I think the owner takes advantage of the resort's secluded location.

Great location for scuba, snorkeling and relaxation. The resort is very nice, the staff is helpfull and kind.

It would be great to have one more step in the pool, because my elderly mother could not go into the pool by herself. Especially with her sick knees. The step is too deep, like 50 cm.

The walls are very thin, if there are guests on the other side of the house you can hear every word that is spoken. I would have enjoyed a small fridge in the room. The bathroom is kind of outside so I got attacked by mosquitos the moment I stepped out.

Beautiful location with amazing house reef for scuba diving. Staff are super friendly and caring. The room was comfortable, with a mosquito net about the bed, which was needed. The dive guide Eka was amazing and found so many small critters

The toilet in our room was a little wobbly and perhaps a bit old, but functional. We didn't like the fact that we had to leave, but our 5 night stay was great. Hehe!!

We just love visiting Scuba Seraya. We have stayed there many times now and just love the peace and location. We love eating in the dining room and the addition of the new pool was amazing. The staff are attentive and very polite. We always dive when visiting and the dive masters are fantastic. I think next time we will give the villa a go but we do love the rooms we usually have.

The only thing we could possibly say we didn’t like is that the bungalows are in pairs. We had two joined which we were sharing with our friend. The bathroom is partly open air and there isn’t a full wall between the two bathrooms, you can hear everything. Our friend left his lights on when we went to bed, my just had to ask him to turn them off as the were lighting our room. So it was ok for us but if there was someone you didn’t know in the other bungalow it could be quite embarrassing

The location was beautiful. Write across the ocean. Everyday morning sunrise right outside your room. Clean and tidy property. The hospitality was top notch and we were taken care of very well. The food was also great.

Leaving !!,

This was the last place we stayed during our vacation on Bali . And we had a great stay untill coming here and thought things could not get any better ... but we were wrong !! Not everything is perfect but all together it was more than perfect !! Very welcoming staff , beautiful cabine with stunning ocean view , great pool to cool off on hot days and relax in the very cosy restaurant area where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner and played rummy with other guest enjoying late evening cocktails.... and last but not least the relaxing massages. We booked an extra day since more was not possible due to our schedule ... Next time definitely staying longer and booking a scuba diving experience as well.

You need a motorbike or car to go to Tulamben as it’s a bit too far to walk.
