Don’t stay in superior rooms

The grounds are so big it took more than 5 minutes to walk to reception and back- however there were no phones to contact them from the room. There was a WhatsApp number to call but they never answered. Also when cleaning the room they would take the bedding off the bed and put them directly on the floor before putting them back on the bed. It may have been psychological but felt like I had all the grime of the Kuta streets in bed with me.

The location is great. Walking distance to many coffee shops, bars and restaurants, but lovely and quiet set back off the busy road. Nice pool and gardens. Rooms tidied every day even when we only stayed two nights.

Pool was great. Staff amazing, the massage pool ladies lovely and im going to miss the Mango Daiquiris. Everything is very central. We will stay there again.

An oasis in the centre of Legian. Large traditional style hotel with beautiful gardenens, good restuarant and nice pool.

The water pressure in the outside shower could have been better but only a very small detail..everything else we had no complaints.

Our room was huge, clean and close to the pool.All the staff were so nice and lovely and very accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Not much but if i had to pick it would be water pressure in shower to be better and there is no safe in room so we walked to reception each time we went out to put electronics away which can be annoying. Also more lounge chairs around pool would be good as they were always full leaving only grass or tables to sit.

We liked the location. You can exit either thru reception to jl legian or thru restaurant to jl padma utara, depending where you want to go. Family room was great, kids were upstairs and parents downstairs. Price was reasonable too.

The pool was losing tiles and there are no steps to get into the pool. Breakfast was ok value for money . Fridge was too small for a family room.

The family room was big and clean . The gardens were beautiful and the gardeners were lovely . The restaurant was fabulous .

TV reception in the room wasn't great.

Some of the fittings like the bath had marks and cracks on it, but it did not take away the overall beauty or practicality of the bathroom. Who else can say they have a frangipani tree in their bathroom?

Everything to like. A feast to the senses. Loved the layout, Balinese features, beautiful tropical gardens with scattered frangipanis everywhere, friendly staff, and lovely food.

Love the location , love the size of the room, always my go to resort , always hot water & cold aircon and I love the pool I also love the cats around I buy a bag of biscuits on my first day and feed them everyday, I met a lady who feeds and takes care of their health needs which is something the resort should do but doesn’t … love the staff

Cats, drunken Australians being super loud at pool. Breakfast was ok but I won’t pay again - a la carte breakfast menu is so much better.

The shower heads could do with a clean out but certainly not a deal breaker. Fridge defrosting we did ourselves.

Very expensive drinks at the pool with a price increase and no notification. Staff in the dining area are very unhappy people. Never a smile for anyone.. Not like anywhere else in BALI
