Positive section of review
The place was very cosy and the room was enough for three days. The bed was really comfortable and as it was not located in the main street , there were no noises from outside. I have to mention that the shower was not very clean and the shower head needs a replacement, but not a big deal. Swimming pool very well maintained and clean. The breakfast was really nice and the banana pancakes were amazing. The personal was really nice and kind.

Rooms from 2-5 have no private balcony and if your neighbours decide to stay out speaking and being loud it can be very annoying (which happened to us on the last night and we had to go out and asked to be quiet, but they ignored us).

The facility is well positioned, many options for breakfast/lunch/dinner around. The set up was very nice, the pool was awesome and everything related to the garden was probably the result of an architect's work. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They tried to solve every request we had.

The main issue we had is that the noise was very high level during the night mostly because our villa is right next to the main street. There were also some roosters making a lot of noise very early in the morning (5.30 am), so we were unable to fall asleep again. This happened every morning during our stay, so it's not an isolated incident. The premises need a bit of renovation, the sliding doors mostly, but also the floor outside. "The bathroom" outside might be an inconvenience depending on the season because you might run into a mosquito territory. One can find similar prices in Europe, so I think it's a bit overpriced.

Located just on the best beach at Sipora island. They help us to organize scooter and were very helpful for for every question we have. Breakfasts were the best in whole our indonesian trip. Best place to spend few days and chill up in quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

It was ok, it was a little pricey compared to other properties in Bali and what it was offered. The hotel needs a deep clean and a little maintenance. The smell of mould is real Breakfast was not the best but subject to taste.
