The main issue we had is that the noise was very high level during the night mostly because our villa was right next to the main street. There were also some roosters making a lot of noise very early in the morning (5.30 am), so we were unable to fall asleep again. This happened every morning during our stay, so it's not an isolated incident. The premises need a bit of renovation, the folding doors mostly, but also the floor outside. "The bathroom" outside might be an inconvenience depending on the season because you might run into a mosquito territory. One can find similar prices in Europe, so I think it's a bit overpriced.

The facility is well positioned, many options for breakfast/lunch/dinner around. The set up was very nice, the pool was awesome and everything related to the garden was probably the result of an architect's work. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They tried to solve every request we had.

Great location in Ubud; easy to get to shops, spas, sights and activities. I loved the swimming pool too. My friend’s room overlooked the rice paddy fields and drinks and views on her terrace were fabulous.

Being super duper picky… the villa came with a two person massage room and that bad boy needed a better setup for back massages; needs the face pillow attachement.

The staff was super helpful with any request and they were so kind and sweet. We booked the one room villa and it was magical! Everything was clean and fresh, the room was light when you wanted it but nice and dark with good curtains when you needed sleep. The laundry came back really well done as well. Location was on point; next to a ton of good food options and yoga spots!

As it was off season the hotel were doing some maintenance outside our villa which involved cutting paving stones to size. This was very noisy and I did raise this with the front desk at which point the noise stopped.

Our one bedroom villa with private pool far exceeded expectations. It was a stunning experience to stay there, the pool was stunning as were the other facilities. The hotel is very long and narrow and sits between rice fields on both sides so there’s a wonderful blend of nature and the busy hubbub of Ubud. Well located near restaurants and the monkey forest which I suggest getting to as soon as it opens. The staff were lovely and super helpful.

We loved everything not a bad word to say

We loved the property, very close walking to so many things. We especially loved the staff that helped us go to a Bali FC football match. We took personalized trips for a very affordable rate. The room was immaculate, the grounds were lovely. The food was great and the in coffee and refrigerator were perfect. We loved it so much we stayed another week. They gave us a return customer rate which was half the price from what we originally paid. No misquotes, had a lovely house gecko. Shampoo and shower gel were nice and they are a very environmentally conscious accommodation with plans to stay affordable while being an example for other accommodations. We especially loved the relaxed staff and on guided tours while driving had the most wonderful conversations

My only suggestion is for during the welcome tour, the staff should point out adults only rooftop pool. We left the main pool to get away from children screaming and 15 minutes later those same people w children came up to the rooftop pool. They shouldn’t have even been there. The rules are written at the bottom of 4 flights of stairs and adults over 17 is mixed into the rules in the middle.

From the moment we were picked up the staff did everything to make our stay perfect. The room we had was stunning, overlooking the organic garden they keep to use in the restaurant. We loved the grounds, the food, the pools, but the staff is unbelievable. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic hotel! Bigger than the places I would normally stay in but as the rooms were spread out over a large area, it didn't feel so big. A short walk from many nice restaurants and the monkey forest. Great room and balcony, with aircon and lots of space. Helpful and friendly staff, very accomodating.

Pillows were too high as in most of the hotels. Bit old villa but everything worked well.

Very clean and spacious villa. Bed was comfortable and provided with a mosquito net. Even mosquito repellents were provided. Good air conditioning. 24/7 reception was making the stay even more comfortable. Surprisingly quiet when thinking the central location. Very kind and helpful staff.
