Front desk a bit slow when ckecking in.Gym area ist to cold.

It was ok, it was a little pricey compared to other properties in Bali and what it was offered. The hotel needs a deep clean and a little maintenance. The smell of mould is real Breakfast was not the best but subject to taste.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. It can be seen that the resort is not brand new, so some of the facilities, especially in the bathroom, are used..

It is a very nice resort. We got there before the check in time and did they best to prepare the rooms as fast as possible. Breakfast are very good, fresh pancakes, eggs and so on.

A bit far from everything, but we could rent a motorcycle. There was a bad smell in the bathroom.

The facilities were excellent, with a good pool, spa (great massage), restaurant, and yoga.

The first room we were given was so stinky we had to move. It seems like it was rated as 4 star when it first opened but maybe a re-evaluation is needed soon

The location and cost was incredible! If you’re looking for somewhere comfortable where you can chill by the pool, drink and listen to live music on Saturday and Sunday night it’s perfect.

Vibe was off cause it felt like a hotel that was made a long time ago in comparison to hotels that you would generally walk in to these days. I think they need a face lift.

I had room with very big window and nice view,just I did not like that it's not possible to open window. The staff kindly change room with balcony.

Nice,welcoming staff. Very good soft pillows. Room has a lot of big mirrors. It's value. Beautiful green garden and nice view from balcony. There was live music in the evening. I like that there is biljard and table tennis. Food is fresh and delicious.

The gym was not pripper enough and the airco eid not work well. Also there was a poopy smell in the room after 2 days and they did not solve it even I had asked twice for it.. they simply forgot. But on the other hand tjey helped me with anything i askes.

Location was quiet yet close to everything in uluwatu if you have a bike ofcourse. The bed was comfortable. Balcony was nice to have every morning with the sunrise. Everything was good enough to ne honest exce0t the breakfast. There was a way to big group to serve everybody and behind all of thwt the food was not fresh and gave me some issues for the toilet.

Fairly remote setting During our stay the Hotel seemed empty and was life less.

I am a pure vegetarian.. There was no eggless breads and bakery in breakfast.. I asked for iced latte and they charged for it..my breakfast was included in the room tariff I recommend to the management to look into this

I liked everything about this hotel. Location is very good and close by all Good day clubs and beaches.. Savay club entry was free for Swiss Belresort Pecatu residents..that was 300 Rp for each person We hired a car for 6 days so it was very convenient

Breakfast had many choices but not very tasty and some items looked stale. Shower drainage was slow, so water pooled in the shower.

It's annoying that toilet and closet have a shared door. When you close the toilet, closet opens and light turns on which is annoying at night time.

Very good hotel of the global brand. So you know what to expect here. Quality service, lovely rooms and breakfast with various choices. Very quite and good sleep. Comfortable location close to picturesque Dreamland beach and to start journey by bike or by taxi to other Uluwatu destinations.

Towels were missing from the room upon arrival and I don't think the room had been cleaned but this was sorted straight away and staff only too happy to help.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely hotel, different pools which meant you could have your own space, room was lovely and bathroom excellent.
