Positive section of review
The accommodation corresponds to the photo. The house itself and the entrance are good (the wooden main staircase is excellent, with a view of the park. The metro and RER are very close. Communication is fast and responsive. The most suitable store for shopping for food is near the basilica. There is one bakery and several good coffee shops. Nice city park with a children's playground.

Upon arrival, there was no bedding for the second bed and towels (however, this issue was resolved quickly enough). If there are more than two of you, then questions may arise with hot water, there is frankly not enough of it for the whole day, and by default it is heated only at night. There are no basic things for cooking (sugar, salt, butter). Very creaky floors and poor sound insulation. The area leaves much to be desired (especially at night), in the park and on the way from the metro there is a constant gathering of strange groups of people. So only girls should probably avoid this place.

The hotel is well located within walking distance of Vence old town, restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and had a good sized balcony which overlooked the garden. The room had a small fridge which was very handy for us. Lovely bathroom and plenty of hot water. Secure car parking for €15 per day. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We had trouble getting into the hotel around lunchtime. The front door was locked probably because the staff were having lunch. We rang the bell a couple of times and one of the cleaning staff let us in. Not a major problem but one to note.

Le Grand Hotel

The location was super, in 2min you were inside the trainstation. They let us take our bikes into the room, for which we used the elevator one by one. The breakfast (14€/pp) was very diverse and good! Also, cheap price for the stay (less than 40€/night).

The apartment is new, light, stylish, clean, comfortable and cozy. The view from the apartment is amazing. Location is fantastic, close to everything but at the same time no any traffic close to the building. I would definitely stay again.

Modern hotel in very good condition. The room had everything we needed: a comfortable bed and a coffee machine. Quiet neighborhood.

Breakfast is rather average for the price. The code required to enter/leave the underground garage by car is pretty inconvenient. Each day, you have to ask for a new code at the reception.
