I don't know where to start ... our stay was close to perfection: an amazing location, an exceptional site full of history and character, which has been revamped and tastefully decorated. The food was delicious, the drinks and wines were tasty, the swimming pool and spa were spaces of beauty and relaxation. I can't but sing the praises of the staff, who were professional, helpful and absolutely lovely. Attention to details and excellence "à la française" were the key words I would use to describe an enchanting stay whose memories I will treasure forever. It deserves a fifth star.

An amazing stay at a beautiful guesthouse at the edge of the renowned village of Verteuil-sur-Charente with its wonderful chateau. Mylene and Cor were exceptional hosts, full of great advice and very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and the perfect start to a busy day exploring the wonderful scenery around this area. Great restaurants locally and still easily accessible to bigger towns nearby. The perfect stay!

The B&B is amazing. The house is charming and decorated with taste, the garden and swimming pool a corner of peace and relax. Katia & Rudi are incredible hosts, they pay attention to every detail to make your stay unforgettable. Definitely a great experience!

Very modern, tidy, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and it is less than 5 minutes away from the train station which provides a regular 20-30 minute train into Geneva. Plenty of food places nearby, and a laundromat just down the road.

Perfect location, near everything I wanted to visit. Staff very welcoming, always smiling and reception open for 24/7. Double Room very small but we didn’t mind cause we spend all day out. Breakfast buffet is good enough.

Either The breakfast buffet could have had more choices or the price of it could be cheaper. But all in all it’s good! The temperature of the room was hot, and the AC didn’t want to go lower than 18°C

Location was perfect. Yes, you hear the subway sometimes but on the plus side, walk 10 meters and you are in the subway getting you to the center quickly.

It’s directly opposite Gare Du Nord, which makes accessing any part of Paris easy via train or metro. There was a comfortable bed and a nice breakfast.

It was a bit dirty, the shower was barely functional and had no door/shower curtain. There was a thick layer of dust under the bed, as well as peoples hairs laying on the bathroom floor. It could be cleaner! Also the cooling function on the air conditioner/heat pump had been centrally disabled so we were unable to cool our room.
