The room was a bit small, but it was fine for two of us and we didn’t spend much of our time in the room.

Nothing really. The number of reminder emails to confirm/counter-confirm (daily) is a bit excessive (:)). Rooms in the 2 persons appartements are small but really ok (like nearly everywhere in Paris) and truly as shown on the pictures. Bathroom is small, if you have claustrophobia don’t book - but it’s pretty, very clean and functional.

Very good location, very clean room / bathroom and exceptionally quiet with closed windows. Easy access and good organisation of keys/booking.

Bathroom was very compact but the towel rail was useless- too small and too close to the wall to hang your towel 😔😔. Also one of the towels had 2 tears in it 😳😔😔.

Perfect location! Train station to and from the airport was 2 min away, and a metro station too. The check in process was great, and the apartment was very clean. Right next to the apartment were a lot of stores and supermarkets. Highly recommended!

The location. 10 steps from Chatelet metro and may be 100m from Chatelet-Les Halles RER station. Also lots of cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby. Walking distance to Saint Chappelle, Nortre Dame, and Louvre. Have security guard at night.

Perfect location. So close to everything we wanted to see and so many great shops and restaurants within steps of the apartment. Simple and easy access to getting in the building and lovely street view from our rooms. Perfect for our family’s first visit to Paris.

Perfect cleanliness, location in the heart of Paris however very quiet, a bit small apart but all accomodations in France are small ;) , hundreds of local restaurants within 2-3 min walking, bakery at next door. Louvre at 15 min walking distance.

We didn’t really use it but the wifi reception wasn’t great (even though individualised per apartment, which is good) and probably therefore we didn’t get casting video to the TV to work. But this is minor.

Fantastic location and the apartment was well equipped, very clean, and big enough for traveling with one or two kids. Good double bed and good couch-turns-into-bed, also for two people. The host was responsive.

We were a group of 4 but the sofa bed was not ready when we arrived. When we tried to prepare it, we found out that the sheets were dirty (maybe not changed). We informed Yuna and they sent somebody to change them the following day. Also, the temperature in the room was impossible to regulate. We visited in January, during cold days, and the living room (where the sofa-bed is) was really cold.

More teabags for the length of our stay

Convenient location, close to RER and metro train services but also felt reasonably safe. Room was clean, well ventilated and heated, overall reasonably sized. It was also quiet when with windows closed with good blackout curtains. Bed was comfortable. Appliances were also fairly new (apart from the microwave). Appreciated having a lift / elevator in the building as well. Access instructions were clearly provided day before arrival. Communication with staff was via Whatsapp and replies were always quite prompt.

The sleek modern black tiled bathroom looks gorgeous but much too dark to be practical. I had to go shopping for lightbulbs to see for shaving, etc. The shower had plumbing issues that were resolved mostly but the glass tiles were popping out all over the floor and were sharp. I cut my foot.

Great location and space. Beautiful modern decor and fully equipped kitchen. Balconies were fabulous and loved the motorized blinds. Comfy beds, nice linens and towels. Staff were all terrific. A few problems were quickly addressed and the manager even sent us a bottle of wine. I will definitely stay again
