Positive section of review
The location, not far from the airport yet with direct access to the beach was great. The pool and garden were very well tended to, clean, the recliners were a pleasure to use and sit in. We had an executive suite with a view to the garden and the sea beyond and it was well worth it. The room was spacious and airy. Breakfast was varied, fresh fruit of the season, homemade cakes, a small but plentiful selection of cold cuts. The staff were all very sweet and helpful, room service was not a problem, anything called for was delivered within minutes. The evenings were called early which was very relaxing as there was no music or party to disturb the peace. Security was premium. A real holiday treat.

During the day, the music in the pool area could get a bit loud and the volume of the speakers needed to be adjusted. In the bathroom some of the fixtures needed an overhaul, nothing major, however.

We had the penthouse on the 4th floor (that’s the top floor), which has lots of privacy. Apartments on the ground or first floor don’t have much privacy. The apartment is spatious, clean and comfortable. The wifi is good and fast.The view is very beautiful. We didn’t have a bench on the balcony (as on the pictures), but a hammock. Although we were there in the weekend, it was quiet in the evening and at night. You can park the car secured on the property of the apartment. We loved apartment 401, but can imagine there are apartments which are less favorable.

The location with direct access to the beach was just great. The view of the dune at the end of the promenade a daily treat. The pool was small yet nicely located with a beach view. Breakfast was a good variation of fruit of the season, fresh bread rolls and homemade cakes. Any extras such as eggs, tapioca were provided for by the very friendly staff who went out of their way to please.

Not all rooms are owned by the same person. Therefore the standard varies. As does the cleaning, state of the bedsheets, care of the fixtures etc. We stayed for an entire month and though we loved the location the standard of our room needs an overhaul.
