Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The staff is great and the breakfast spread good. All in all it is a nice place to relax if you are looking for a place away from the crowds but still accessible to the popular joints.

PolandI would call their Christmas fare 'economic' to say the least. Breakfast probably among the most unimaginative and disappointing although excellent coffee served hot.
The beds are truly comfortable, the sheets and towels super clean. A rare thing in Brazil. Reception staff member Diorgiensis needs to be congratulated for sorting out a dentist for me during Christmas - no easy task.

Brazilfor our surprise, the fridge at the rooms, which are not cheap for the kind of hotel are not filled, so anything you need for beverage or even a chocolate, you need to get down stairs, to pickup at the bar. this is very uncomfortable scenario , for this kind of hotel, that you contract speccing for full service... was a very disappointing experience
the rooms are very confortable, with exception the fridge is not filled with any beverage. Beds are not so confortable as well, and the air conditioning very noisy

United KingdomThe shower in two of the three rooms rented were not getting warm, fridge was not cold enough to keep drinks cool, we took 40min to check in, only two shower towels offered in each room when renting a room for two adults and children, breakfast was ok but coffee was watery (no coffee taste at all)!!! The rooftop is not what you show on the pictures!!!
