During the day, the music in the pool area could get a bit loud and the volume of the speakers needed to be adjusted. In the bathroom some of the fixtures needed an overhaul, nothing major, however.

The location, not far from the airport yet with direct access to the beach was great. The pool and garden were very well tended to, clean, the recliners were a pleasure to use and sit in. We had an executive suite with a view to the garden and the sea beyond and it was well worth it. The room was spacious and airy. Breakfast was varied, fresh fruit of the season, homemade cakes, a small but plentiful selection of cold cuts. The staff were all very sweet and helpful, room service was not a problem, anything called for was delivered within minutes. The evenings were called early which was very relaxing as there was no music or party to disturb the peace. Security was premium. A real holiday treat.

- Not a good price-quality ratio. The price is too high for what it offers - Wifi is absolutely terrible. Do not consider this hotel if you need to work during your stay - Most of the reviews were mentioning the poor breakfast with lack of options, so we were expecting for the worst. But althgouh it's indeed simple, you can order tapiocas, omelets, eggs and rabanadas as much as you want - Overall, the beach infront of the hotel is disappointing, as the whole Itapuã area (personal opinion) - Blackout curtains were too short and consequently unneffective

- Comfortable bed, spacious and clean room - The hotel building and areas are nice, with a pleasant pool and garden - They let us enjoy the facilities for a few hours after our checkout and provided us towels for a quick shower before our flight

I booked the hotel because it was in front of a beach, however the beach was awful… the area the hotel is located is decadent. The room wasn’t clean one day despite I asked for before leaving and left the green sign at the door. When I returned the sign was on the red side and one bag with underwear has disappeared. The hotel atmosphere is a bit weird, staff is a bit septic. I didn’t have the welcome feeling. In general, hotel needs maintenance. Small details that make the difference are missing. And they charge 12 Brazilian reals to change the beach towels, so we had to use the same for the whole period.

The staff working at the restaurant really made a difference. Swimming pool was great and fresh.
