Despite being a capsule hotel, where you need to stay outside from 10AM to 4pm (cleaning time), you can leave your luggage and the assigned capsule/unit and locker during your 1st night will still be the same throughout your stay. The staff can speak English and is available 24/7. Internet connection is good as well.
