Resol Poshtel Tokyo Asakusa, hotel in Tokyo

Ideally set in the Taito district of Tokyo, Resol Poshtel Tokyo Asakusa is set 300 metres from Drum Museum, 300 metres from Kappabashi-dori Shopping Street and 500 metres from Kinryu Park.

Quite, very clean and luxurious hostel. Loved every minute of it. Enough room to store a large suitcase (under bed or in the corridor). They provide locks and a safe. The rooms are quite. It is not very social, but for me that was not an issue. There is free coffee and water (hot and cold). The showers and makeup rooms are perfect. Location is great

Anshin Oyado woman Tokyo Ginza Shiodome, hotel in Tokyo

Anshin oyado woman Tokyo Ginza shiodome - Women Only is located in Tokyo, 1.1 km from Tokyo Tower. Every room at this capsule hotel is air conditioned and features a flat-screen TV.

I was really impressed by both the facilities and the thoughtful amenities. They’ve got everything—from makeup remover and skincare to body creams and even pajamas—so you don’t need to bring a thing. On top of that, the hospitality is next-level, with easy breakfasts, late-night suppers, soups and coffee available all day, and drinks after five, making the whole experience effortlessly comfortable and welcoming.

Large room for Japanese standards. Comfortable beds. Central aircon works great and is very quiet. Staff super friendly and polite. Location next to Prince hotel up the hill from Shinagawa station is convenient. Coin laundry inside hotel. Overall a better choice for the price than slightly cheaper APA, Mystays or the like.

It is budget friendly, but the baths and toilets were clean. The sleeping space was enough considering a capsule hotel and the fellow room mates were really considerate and well behaved making the stay really good. The staff were friendly and able to communicate in English adequately.

The private room was fantastic considering that most of my trip has been in capsule styled rooms. The price was also very fair and you'd be hard pressed to find a private room for cheaper. I loved having a private AC that I could control as most other places had a shared one people had to fight over. The staff were also very friendly and spoke English which is fantastic cause my Japanese is very poor. I enjoyed spending time hanging out in the lobby chatting with the other guests and making friends.

    1. Convenient (within 5 minutes from Suehirocho and Akihabara stations) 2. Decent amenities (in-room and in-hotel), with some freebies (e.g. unlimited free drinks in the lounge) 3. Room area, compared to some other capsule hotels, is quite well-lit and ventilated, and doesn't have any musty smell. 4. Cheap breakfast (500 JPY only)

Conveniently placed, women-only capsule hotel near Akiba station. The capsules are good if a bit too warm, but there’s lots of bathrooms dotted around the building and a downstairs lounge for eating. No microwave, but there’s boiling water and vending machines. The downstairs shower room has laundry machines (both washer and dryer) and pyjamas are included as part of the linen. Everything gets changed every day (you can’t opt out) and they clean the place from 10-4 so you can’t hang out during the day.
