Gorgeous hotel. Room was spacious with a lovely bed. Believe we were lucky enough to get an upgrade also. Facilities were great, grounds really picturesque and the spa was just what we needed. Breakfast was also really first class. We went into town for dinner which was a 5 mins drive. Overall great stay, wish we could have stayed longer.

Midhurst
In contrast to the historic aspects of the hotel, the Spread Eagle offers a modern spa, complete with an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and gym. Alternatively you can indulge with a personalised beauty treatment. We've stayed at this hotel before as it is one of our favourites. We all agreed this was the best, due to the professionalism, charm & attitude of all the staff. Beds are really, really comfy. The food has also improved and our breakfasts & meal were delicious. Spa & pool great. I particularly love the candles and the scent as you enter the hotel. At this time of year the roaring fires are lit early so we were tempted to sit in the bar all day! It means it all feels really relaxing & welcoming.
Arundel
Wine and dine in the Cedar Restaurant, a former prep school where you can still see the names of all the former head boys engraved on the cedar wall panels, or opt for a more relaxed experience in the Lounge Bar. We had a great break Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was first class

Set in the beautiful South Downs, in the heart of Hampshire, Champneys is an exclusive spa hotel with tranquil grounds and an innovative restaurant. The spa offers world-class therapists and luxury treatments. I was really tired when I arrived after a long drive, The receptionist on the desk was truly lovely and helped me with my bags to my room. Room was on the second floor and was big and comfortable Lovely view of the lake. I used the pool which was lovely and quiet. The food at breakfast was excellent. Lovely business stay.

The breakfast was really tasty. The space that was used as a 'snug' was nice to relax in. Overall, very quiet and enjoyable.
All the staff were so lovely and accommodating. We enjoyed a relaxed and tasty buffet breakfast out on the patio in the sunshine, looking over the lovely lawn! Followed by a chilled pool, steam and sauna.
Swimming pool spa jacuzzi hot tub n sauna n gym were great
We had a great stay at Aleberry. The house was lovely with a very nice and clean room with a spacious wardrobe. The private bathroom was great with a shower and separate bath. The whole house was well kept and always clean. The landlady made us a nice breakfast with yogurt, fruit, toasts and sat with us for a chat. We loved our time and left very relaxed.
Beautiful hotel in a lovely location with very helpful and attentive staff. We loved the spa, the delicious meals, the gardens. Excellent massage treatment at the spa. All very well maintained to a high standard. It felt like a luxury experience. We would certainly visit again.
Wonderful historic building. Beautiful period features. Roaring log fire. Lovely spa with Stan room, sauna, jacuzzi, 14m pool and relaxing poolside chairs. Outside sun trap which was warm enough to sit out even in late October. The food was very good quality at dinner and breakfast.
Relaxing break with all comforts, great room, generous buffet breakfast, open door swimming pool and indoor spa. A pleasure to come back every time.
Fantastic spacious grounds. Quiet situation. Very relaxing. Amazing breakfast & good evening meal. The staff were extremely helpful. The outdoor pool was closed one day but the manager went to great lengths to get us some sunbeds which was much appreciated. We enjoyed an afternoon in the lovely garden & patio. Indoor pool was small but nice and warm with steam room & sauna. Comfortable, quiet rooms with all mod cons. Would definitely stay again.
The property is close to the town of Arundel with its amazing Castle and Catherdal as well as the River Arun itself. Its in a nice rural setting with views across the countryside. The property has plenty of space for two people and has a well appointed kitchen. The best feature however is the decking to the rear of the property with its own sunken hot tub, great for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing
