The hotel is well-located in the city centre close to the older part of the town, with excellent views over Lake Geneva and Lausanne itself.
The room was comfortable, with a large bed, and a good sized balcony giving us a very pleasant view of the lake. The bathroom was well-appointed.
The public areas of the hotel are all attractive and well-maintained. Breakfast is served in a spacious dining room looking out towards the lake, and the range of items available is excellent. There is a comfortable bar adjacent to the dining room which offers a comfortable place to relax after a busy day

The hosts were extremely friendly, they went out of their way to cater for our needs and comfort. The place is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the beach of the lake, and has excellent public transport connections to the city centre. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, and parking is available on site.

The room was clean, comfortable, has a massive tv. You can buy a latte machiatto at reception for chf 5.5 if you don't have breakfast included. I needed a vase for my 8th of march flowers and the staff lent me one for the duration of our stay, on a rainy day they lent us an umbrella for the day. Really impressed with the customer service there.
