There wasn't a microwave in the room or on our floor. There was one in the lobby and one the second floor, we were on the 1st floor.

The location was great and so was the view. The price was very affordable

Staff on desk was always helpful. Had issues with Air Conditioner and Melony was able to get it going for us. Laundry was handy and worked well. Location was great and found some new sites going out of town on local roads and just looking around. able to walk from room to several good places to eat, Wine Bar in front of facility was very good and entertainment, was going well on our first night and shut down around 10;30 ish.

The pool was on the small size. It was loud up front in a restaurant but that ended early. Parking was scarce but there is more in the back. Rooms were small but beds were really comfortable. Slept well.

We LOVED having breakfast outside in the rocking chairs overlooking the Sedona Mountains. There was also plenty of tables and chairs. Other areas with firepits and couches or comfortable chairs. A hidden gem we kind of came upon. Breakfast had many things and others in the refridgerator you could heat up. Wonderful coffee. This is not a large place but it was comfortable. The deck or porch you get gives you a change to sit outside and enjoy that fresh air.

The clerk was not very accomodating when it came to leaving a tip for the person that cleaned our room. I had to personally go and find the person and interrupt while they were cleaning. Cleaning staff are very important people too.

With having all the grab and go stuff for breakfast, might as well have the breakfast set up properly. Bed was broken and made weird noises every time I got up. Bathroom had a used bar of soap in the shower

We had some issues related to cleanliness in the bathroom, and we unfortunately found the issues after cleaning staff had left for the day so had to wait until the next day to have it fixed - the office was very helpful, though. We were not able to operate our television due to a connection issue.

The Inn was in a great location for access to restaurants and hikes in the Sedona area. COVID-friendly breakfasts were great for taking out to trails. The view of the red rocks was amazing, and staff was great about giving recommendations for the area.

Can’t find anything I didn’t like. Maybe the bed made some noises a bit when pushed hard (you know what I mean..), which wasn’t amazing. But comfort wise, it was great.

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Coffee machine in the room was great. Breakfast was unexpectedly great for the value. Lots of pastry choices and yogurt/milk/fresh fruits. Coffee is free 24/7 next to front desk and breakfast area. There is also outdoor seating for breakfast area that includes a gas fire pit, which was pretty cool for the cold weather. Plenty of parking. Close to nearby restaurants and Safeway grocery store is a 5 min walk north. There is even a swimming pool and meditation room! Liked this hotel and would definitely stay again. One thing I’d suggest is to sign up for their rewards program prior to booking it, so if you stay 2 nights you get 1 night free. I saw this in their front desk/lobby, but it was too late.
