Our first room was cramped for two ladies staying 6 nights despite being deluxe. But it was a bank holiday and full hotel. Move requested and granted after 2 nights and room much better except windows had no outlook which didn’t bother us overmuch.

It was friendly and staff helpful. Ideal location for easy access to the old town tourist centre by nearby tram (2-3 stops) without the frenetic hubbub. Their Restaurant was simple but nearby restaurants available. Breakfast catered for all tastes. Had a spa and pool to relieve sightseeing stiffness. Concierge helpful. Old fashioned hotel. But everything one needs there.

The Hotel location isnt good for who stays with his cars. Police officers dont let any cars to go to hotel

The second day of my stay during breakfast, the lady who where taking egg order as I was approaching the table they were pointing finger at me telling each other God knows what, it wasn't pleasant at all. And was charged for the chocolate I didn't consume but the receptionist cleared it out in the end was not charged

The hotel staff were delightful and friendly. We rate the manager Erol Dorhan very highly - he was very helpful and knowledgeable in response to all our queries. We also enjoyed the extensive choice at breakfast. We also made good use of the gym and spa. Great hotel

On the road side next to the metro is a bit noisy, so choose a room on the side and higher up.

I stayed here before and it was good so we came back a second time. It is a great hotel and good location for tourists as walking around is easy.

Staff at breakfast were slow to clean tables and we had to wait and ask for the table to be cleaned and ask for cutlery , this is my only fault with the hotel.

Almost everything was really good. Didn't have enough time to utilize most of the facilities as we were busy exploring the city. But the spa service was really average.

Amazing location, as its right next to the tram station which allows ease to explore most of Istanbul. Breakfast buffet was really good, so was the staff. Especially the F&B supervisor lady. Very pleasant and always ready to help.

It wasn’t given to us for what we saw in booking.Com and crown site, it was given to us a smaller room with two big columns in it. Poor view too.

There is a tramway opposite the hotel, so it's quite noisy till around midnight.

Only thing I didn’t like is that they ask advance 200$ as deposit for mini bar I travel around I have visited almost 36 countries this is the only hotel I came across that they ask deposit in advance upon not paying that they lock the mini bar which is also a fridge you can not put anything in it

The hotel cancelled our booking for a no-show, although we sent them a message about our delay. We have to rebook for double the price.

Taxi service is a bit of a disappointment. They need to engage more professional drivers, as they are the first and final impressions.

It was my second stay within a week at this place. The amenities & facilities they provide, as well as the staff specially Ms Elif and her team, are extremely cooperative and make you feel at home. I was also given a complimentary upgrade in the room to make my stay more comfortable and pleasant. For architecture & history lovers, building is a piece of art which a 100 years old but extremely well maintained. Tram, money exchanges, restaurants, shops everything is literally at walking distance.

The Air conditioning could have been better.

The location was a stone's throw from all the major attraction in the Old part of Istanbul. The room was spacious. The breakfast spread was good.

You can hear tram’s noise if your room is on Tram side. There’s a light in A/C, which was annoying for me. But it can be nothing for someone else.

Excellent location, easily accessible to everything. Tram is literally like 3 minutes of walk. There’s pool & spa in the hotel. Exceptional service by the hotel staff. A special thanks to Ms Elis for being kind, helpful and giving guidance during our stay.
