It was like having my mother watching over me. (don't leave any fingerprints there or you may get told off.) The lift to the bus station was a bit expensive, maybe cheaper in a taxi.

It was like having my mother watching over me. Spent one night in the small front apartment and one night in the large rear apartment. The rear apartment was like someone's home. In both everything was spotless and well cared for. 30 minutes walk from the airport.

I really like everything. The house was very big and clean. The owner was so nice! We arrived so late (1am) but the owner was still there waiting for us. He also helped us to order dinner which was really brilliant considering we were in the middle of the night! The house is very close to the airport which is very convenient. Thanks again! :)

With windows open, then there is quite noisy traffic in the night. Also loud cockerels crowing at dawn but once asleep it wasn't a problem. Windows closed however and double glazed and noise wasn't an issue. There is also air conditioning available.

The owner was lovely and nothing was too much. Location to the airport perfect for a very late night arrival. Price good and breakfast delicious and fresh on the terrace overlooking the lovely garden and pool. Lovely villa, spacious and comfy beds. A twin downstairs and a double and a twin upstairs. 2 x bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The stairs are very steep metal ones so not suitable for anyone who has mobility issues. There are rails so safe for children to go up and down. Large fridge/freezer in a well stocked kitchen. Would use again for overnight stay.

I stay at Dalaman Villa as it was convenienttly close to the airport. The place is nice and had everything you need. The hosts are amazing and breakfast is incredible

There are 2 A/C’s which is enough to cool down the full house but you can not adjust the temp in every room separately. Was not an issue for us.

We have chosen this property because of its location. It is very close to the airport and we were looking for a place to stay for 1 night. When we meet with the owners, we liked them as well. They are so friendly and helpful. House was clean and comfortable.

We were greeted by our host Erkut and his family. They were brilliant from the moment we arrived until the second we left. The family organised our basis food shopping in advance and also cooked all our breakfasts and meals. We were a party of 8 who went out for Champions League final. The villa was perfect location 5 minutes from Dalaman Airport and great facilities for our stay and trip into Istanbul for the Final. Erkut organised our transport to and from airport, sorted out a trip to the turkish baths with massages and another trip into Dalyan Town. The family cooked for us and the menus and food was amazing - barbeques, chicken, kebabs, fresh fish, salads and traditional turkish mezes etc. We could not fault the hospitality or the food and would recommend this villa to anyone for any occasion

A perfect little house in a gorgeous garden very close to Dalaman airport. We arrived super late and had a delicious Turkish breakfast in the garden next morning.

Nothing to fault for the price.

Hosts went above and beyond during our stay. Ensured that we were picked up from the airport and transported to the accommodation (even at 5am in the morning). Fresh fruit and bottled water was provided, free of charge. Very friendly hosts.

friendly hosts who received us and made us tea, It was a complete house, you could basically live there. Fast and efficient communication with hosts. orange tree in the yard ;)

1. Room was not clean after previous guests. In wardrobe near bed it were men's underwear and other stuff. On the table it was used mask, Fridge was full of old used food and was dirty. In the bathroom it were used razors and other stuff. 2. In general room wasn't clean - dust on furniture. 3. Wifi connection was very weak and worked only in one are near window. 4. Doors lock worked very bad it took minutes to manage it. 5. Totally room doesn't cost 40 euro. It is small, uncomfortable, pool was dirty. Also host offered us transfer for 300TL (5 minutes driving). Taxi asked only 100TL.

Mattress needs replacing as springs could be felt and affected quality of sleep. Management was poor concerning arrival of other guests early morning at 4.00am. Very loud talking outside for several hours and banging on our unit door.

Very friendly and helpful host, and good information about area. Great breakfast as well. Outdoor setting nice. Clean room.
