The room was very dusty, missing basic items and the access to SPA was very limited in timing and expensive for what it is. I found that an hour swimming and sauna is to short for the price asked in the hotel.There should be a better pricing and timing offers for guests staying at the hôtel. I think. It was very disapointing.

The location was great close to transport and restaurants. Breakfast was nice except for the butter The room was very spacious and comfortable. Well equiped. Staff was very friendly.

I don't like the room curtains were not clean and full of fine dust, which caused me allergies and daily headaches

I like Turkish food in hotel as well the staff wonderful One member of staff in reception is very friendly and nice named Murad has helped me describe and explain anything I wanted outside the hotel.

Breakfast was very minimal with boiled eggs, bread, watermelon and some cereals. Pomegranate juice or water. The eggs were always half boiled (we spoke to the kitchen staff and they mentioned this was because the majority prefer it like this, and boiled some fully for us aswell). Other than that a great hotel.

Fantastic location and easy to get to from the airport by trains and trams. Yusufpasa tram line is literally a few mins walk on main road. We used the tram daily to get to all areas of istanbul. Easily accessible to great food shops in back streets at reasonable price. Good working condition of AC and clean rooms, cleaned daily provided you inform housekeeping. Rooms were disinfected daily. We were upgraded to a family room on the top floor complimentary which was lovely as it was interconnected rooms with a balcony. Lovely on a hot summers day when it's too hot to go out for walkies, sitting on the balcony with a lovely breeze is fab. Toiletries given shampoo and body wash and hairdryer. No toothbrush or toothpaste/conditioner so bring with. Supermarket few steps away at great price. All in all a very nice hotel, with good facilities for a city stay as easily accessible to all forms of transport be it trams, metro or bus. I would go again.

not clean att all.The breakfast is very very very poor just 3 kinds of chees and cooked eggs and little bit of salad.The man how is working in kitchen is very rude.Take things without asking exp salt.Very noisy.If you didn’t pay to cleaning woman ske will not clean well ur room .Insects in bathroom and they did not change the rubbish bag for 2 days

Could be cleaner, room was not entirely prepared for us. We had a bug in our room, bathroom was not cleaned properly. Room was a little dirty as well.

Breakfast the worst ever. Hardly much to eat 40 lira for 3 fried eggs. Extra. Hardly any breakfast team speak English. Our room weren't clean 1/4 days we stayed.

Location is great but not many tax drivers would like to come here due to traffic issues. Reception team is great. Murat and Hassan.

I was staying 4th floor, late night when you turn the lights there is so much cockroaches 🪳, cleaning lady will enter the room even if you turn don’t distribute.

The reception staff are very good 👍. Location are perfect everything nearby .

It was a good location for our purposes in the middle of the city (Fateh Aksery erea) it was safe the stuff working there nice and polite Mr Murat was very helpful only the cleaning and the breakfast need some improvement!

I had a grear stay in Valens hotel. Murat bey was so helpful in everything. He is friendly, helpful and very polite. I recommend staying in valens. It is 2 min to station, you can reach anywhere from there.

We arrived at the hotel at 6pm and the room was still not ready. Room cleaning only happens every other day. Breakfast is really bad. Bathrooms was bad with water running out of the shower. The staff was completely incompetent.

Hotel owner is only after your money. He doesn't care about the customers/guests. The hotel is out dated but is in a good location which is why he has no shortage of guests (mainly Arabic guests as Aksaray and Yusufpasa area is full of Arabs. Reminded me of little Dubai.

Great hotel in a great location. The swimming pool is small and the price is £10 per hour, per person. So that £40 per hour for my family of four! Not worth it. The reception staff, cleaning staff were amazing and do a lot for this hotel. The owners and kitchen staff need to learn some customer relations skills as they were miserable and at one point the hotel owner wanted to charge me $100 for a table that he said we broke, but we did not break it.
