Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room was very dusty, missing basic items and the access to SPA was very limited in timing and expensive for what it is. I found that an hour swimming and sauna is to short for the price asked in the hotel.There should be a better pricing and timing offers for guests staying at the hôtel. I think. It was very disapointing.
The location was great close to transport and restaurants. Breakfast was nice except for the butter The room was very spacious and comfortable. Well equiped. Staff was very friendly.

United KingdomBreakfast was very minimal with boiled eggs, bread, watermelon and some cereals. Pomegranate juice or water. The eggs were always half boiled (we spoke to the kitchen staff and they mentioned this was because the majority prefer it like this, and boiled some fully for us aswell). Other than that a great hotel.
Fantastic location and easy to get to from the airport by trains and trams. Yusufpasa tram line is literally a few mins walk on main road. We used the tram daily to get to all areas of istanbul. Easily accessible to great food shops in back streets at reasonable price. Good working condition of AC and clean rooms, cleaned daily provided you inform housekeeping. Rooms were disinfected daily. We were upgraded to a family room on the top floor complimentary which was lovely as it was interconnected rooms with a balcony. Lovely on a hot summers day when it's too hot to go out for walkies, sitting on the balcony with a lovely breeze is fab. Toiletries given shampoo and body wash and hairdryer. No toothbrush or toothpaste/conditioner so bring with. Supermarket few steps away at great price. All in all a very nice hotel, with good facilities for a city stay as easily accessible to all forms of transport be it trams, metro or bus. I would go again.

United KingdomHotel owner is only after your money. He doesn't care about the customers/guests. The hotel is out dated but is in a good location which is why he has no shortage of guests (mainly Arabic guests as Aksaray and Yusufpasa area is full of Arabs. Reminded me of little Dubai.
Great hotel in a great location. The swimming pool is small and the price is £10 per hour, per person. So that £40 per hour for my family of four! Not worth it. The reception staff, cleaning staff were amazing and do a lot for this hotel. The owners and kitchen staff need to learn some customer relations skills as they were miserable and at one point the hotel owner wanted to charge me $100 for a table that he said we broke, but we did not break it.
