Even though in the room facilities high speed internet is mentioned, it's actually very slow. The AC was really slow, but it was written on the wall, they go on summer mode starting with 15th of May, and maybe that's the reason. Even though they are happy to fulfill any request or problem you have, the staff doesn't behave like in a 5* hotel . If you have a problem in your room, they should ask for permission to enter when you are in there.

The breakfast was amazing. Compared to other's comments, even though it's almost the same everyday, you can eat different things for a week. It's varied and tasty. The staff is also prompt if you have any requests.

The pool and the jacuzzi water is cold and non-functional, I believe that they have not fixed this issue as I did see it on a few reviews from months ago however, because of this we only used it once for our stay, they also charged us 250 Turkish lira per person for swimming cap as mandatory. The housekeeping only changed the bedding once for our stay. We had changes of towels. Upon arriving to the room, the bedding was set up wrong. The restaurant is very pricey however the food and coffee needs improving to taste better.

Beautiful reception area, the hotel is clean with buffet breakfast and lots of options. The staff are polite and professional and they are always happy to help. The best thing is the restaurant being open 24/7 The room and the hotel is well designed with Turkish art and culture, beautiful view from the upper floors also the location is close to the city centre.

Tram gets very full at rush hours. For the hotel nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was very good, SPA open until 22h, so you can visit after a walk in thr city, staff is very friendly, restaurant open 24/7, also room service avaliable. The meals were good and at reasonable prices, beds are big and comfortable, sheets - very nice to sleep in. Location is ok, tram avaliable within 5min walking distance. The tram is direct to most of the attractions.

I started off my trip poorly, after getting scammed by a cab man from the airport. I told the hotel staff if the price I paid was normal they informed me it wasn’t at all. A Staff member called Murat then spoke to me. and got details about the cab driver and made some calls. Which in resulted in me getting 1/3 of my money back. I was amazed Murat a great man he made my whole trip feel safe and secure. His communication was top tier and was very informative.

Before traveling, I requested a fan in the room twice. I was assured, and the answer was that the AC would be on. With my previous visits to Turkey, I knew the norm in Turkish hotels was to keep the AC off from October to March. I took their words. Our first night was miserable. When we opened the window, the room with a city view was very noisy. We did not sleep well the first night. It's not fun when a person comes into the room when your spouse is in bed. We changed the room, and the next day, we had to go to the store and buy a fan at our own expense. This was the lowest point of our stay. Said that the staff was very respectful and cooperative throughout this ordeal. I travel extensively and understand that these things happen in travel.

The staff is excellent—super nice. They will go over the top to make things for you. I loved their restaurant. It is very clean, has great food, is not overly priced, and has great service. Hassan was our server, and he was very respectful. Breakfast is also heartfelt. Emiere was excellent at night at the desk.
