We are not like other persons to look for the bad things but the managers have to work more on the entertainment sector.

This was a 4th time when I stepped in this very nice country but this was so far the best experience for us. The place is huge and full with parks, flowers, bars, shops, spa, swimming pools for adults and childrens, very well maintained. The staff are always extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The room was very well prepared and cleaned. Lots of English channels on TV. Food was delicious and fresh prepared in front of you, with lots of options. There is even "a la carte" restaurant where we don't have to pay separately like in other resorts. I will come back definitely with the first opportunity. Thank you Tui Blue Dalaman!

While I thoroughly enjoyed my time at TUI BLUE Tropical and found many aspects of the experience to be exceptional, I must express some disappointment with the strength of the alcoholic beverages. Throughout my stay, I found that the drinks served tended to be weaker than what I am accustomed to, and this detracted somewhat from my overall enjoyment.

I must commend your staff for their unwavering commitment to exceptional service. From the warm greetings at check-in to the attentive care provided throughout my stay, every member of your team went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed, valued, and taken care of. The accommodations at TUI BLUE Tropical were nothing short of spectacular. Cleaning every day. Water refill every day. That's another level! Of course, one of the highlights of my experience was the culinary offerings at TUI BLUE Tropical. Every meal was a culinary delight. Every meal was a feast for the senses that left me excitedly awaiting the next culinary adventure.

Food was just okay. Coffee was abysmal, even the coffee we paid extra for was bad.

Lots of options for kids to enjoy the day. Every aspect was very kid friendly. The water park was fun. 24 hour service so it wasn’t a problem that we had to leave super early for the airport. Towels available for use during your stay. Room was comfortable for a family of four.

Our room was very close to the theater so if you have sensitive baby, you have to wait till 22:00 until program will finish, but we were ok. About shop in the hotel- we were offered different price like people before us, just because we look, I don't know if richer or what, but you have to negotiate also there. They don't want to give you very good price, so we went to Sarigerme and prices there were like half of them. So don't buy items at hotel go to Sarigerme and save money.

Waitresses which were cleaning tables were super friendly, always smiling , same with housekeeping ladies, same with reception. Food omg, I gained like 5kg after one week, soooo delicious. Our room was always properly cleaned. Also everything there was kid friendly. We have 9 months old baby and they have animators, pools, food and so many things for babies and also for toddlers. Really this place is paradise for families.

!!! Extremely expensive shop - UNICORN MARKET in the resort in terms of buying toothpaste or additional sun cream. If I would have known, I would buy extra luggage for 20£ and hustle with it in the airport than to spend over 90£ for sun cream, toothpaste and mouthwash. I highly recommend to bring creams, shower gels, and basic cosmetics with you even if you prefer to travel light as I do (meaning: backpack). This was the only negative experience we have had in the resort.

The property itself and the staff are amazing! Not to mention the amazing food throughout all day. Place is clean and being cleaned nonstop and even though there is a lot of people, it feels like there is only few due to the space of the resort. If you want to stay quiet, you can go to the beach and enjoy the peaceful sound or stay near the pool with tons of activities for you and also your children. The resort does deserve the voice it’s receiving. It’s truly amazing.

On Saturday, the weather was cold and rainy. The heating setting of the air conditioner in the hotel room was not working. I woke up that morning with a sore throat because the room was very cold. When I called the reception to have it checked, they unfortunately informed me that it was only functioning for cooling and not heating. A hotel starting its season early should have anticipated this and ensured that the air conditioning was capable of providing warmth.

We stayed at the 'TUI Blue Tropical' hotel between April 18th and 21st. The service, attention, and care were excellent. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Burçin Köşker, Mehmet Ertaş, Serkan Bulut, and waiter Sertaç for their outstanding service, personalized attention, and continuous efforts to assist us. Their dedication truly enhanced the quality of our experience.
