Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

FinlandA charming small family run hotel in perfect (and quiet) location in Antalya old town. Our room was cozy and spacious and had also a little kitchen. The hotel has a nice garden area with outdoor kitchen. It was lovely to relax there and watch their 8 cute cats playing. There also was an endearing little dog. The staff was the best. They always were very friendly and caring and talked a lot to us which was really nice (special thanks to Musto for all the fun conversations!). We also got good restaurant recommendations etc. They really made us feel very welcome, lovely hosts! They also lent us bicycles for free and it was great to go to Konyaaltı beach by bike. We had the best time and hope to visit again soon!

RussiaNothing serious, lights should be changed in the bathroom. A bit noisy on the street, but hey, this is touristic area.
Great location in the old town area. Very nice and clear apartment, small but comfortable and cozy. Garden area downstairs with pool. Free coffee and tea in the garden kitchen. Friendly staff met us and helped me to park my car in the old town (that is hard usually, no car parking allowed there).

United KingdomDidn’t realise the school was close, got woken up by children, but at the same time this was 10am. Not end of the world and this was my fault for not researching enough.
Perfect. So nice and exactly what you’d expect/want in an old town.

PolandThe staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

FinlandSomewhere not far from the hotel there is a mosque and at dawn the muezzin starts singing from there, reminding everyone to pray, but this is the case everywhere in the old town. Just be prepared to hear it very early in the morning :) The streets in the old town are super narrow, for the first time it was a bit stressful to drive to the hotel, need a bit more practice or a smaller car.
This hotel is located in a quieter district of the Old Town of Antalya, no loud clubs or bars around. There is a beautiful inner yard with the swimming pool, shared kitchen with coffee/tea options for free. The hotel owner Mustafa and the staff was very kind, caring and helpful, very intelligent and positive person. I would like to mention as well that there were several cats living in the hotel yard and one cute doggo, they all were adorable, but for some people who suffer from the allergy it might be an issue. Hotel has a private free parking place - it is very appreciated, if you travel with the car.

United KingdomWe really enjoyed our stay at The Suite Apart Hotel. The location was excellent, walking distance to the town and beach, although far enough away so that it is quiet in the evenings. Musto and his family and staff made us feel very welcome, such lovely hosts! We would definitely recommend people to stay there, we hope to be back soon! Thank you for a lovely stay :)

United KingdomHonestly thought the place was great. If nitpicking, we sometimes had to wait to flush the toilet in our apartment.
Such a friendly relaxed place. We felt immediately at home. If you want help or advice, Musto is there but he is the perfect host. Friendly and helpful but unobtrusive. The place itself is situated perfectly for the Old Town, Marina, Park and City Centre... all are easily within 15 minutes walk. You can also get a tram from near Hadrians Gate to the Konyaalti beach, which we would recommend. Being just round the corner from the busiest bars etc also means the apartment is a little quieter and more peaceful at night.

United KingdomFirstly, Musto the owner is a very nice and a personable person, he welcomed us very warmly, knew our names and always had time to talk with us. Irish (hotel manager) - lovely, friendly and always had a smile. The location of the hotel is in the heart of the Old Town, ideally located in a more quiet setting but literally seconds away from the hustle bustle in the old town. We had two apartments, clean and tidy with all the stuff available as you would in a hotel. Rooms were cleaned every 2/3 days. A nice pool with seating areas around the pool, separate towels available for swimming. The whole apart hotel felt like your own home, once you come through the gates it is very private and peaceful. This is the second time we have booked this hotel and when I come back to Antalya i will sure to book this hotel again. Musto - thank you for your hospitality and our chats.

United KingdomWe’re just back from one of the best family holidays we’ve ever had. The Suite was everything we’d hoped for and more. Absolutely beautiful surroundings, comfortable and so relaxing. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and well equipped with a lovely balcony. The pool area is a great wee calm oasis in the middle of a busy town, plenty of seating areas in a lush green garden with a great outdoor kitchen. What makes The Suite so special is the care and attention to detail from the host, his family and all of the team. It felt like we were part of the family whilst we were there. From fruit and cakes to medical advice and kind words, we were completely spoiled. Home now to dream of our return visit!
