There was no shower gel so I used the liquid hand soap cause I didn't bring any, thinking there would be some😅 The room wasn't very sound-proof so I got woken up by the discussions coming from the neighbour's room which wasn't very loud. Other than that, everything was really nice and I recommend it.

I loved the staff, they were very friendly and accommodating. The location was very close to Taxim Square and the room was really nice too. There was shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, which is great for someone with long hair🤭 I don't like air conditioning and told the staff. They kept the preference in mind and didn't meddle with the temperature and they were generally very helpful.

Bathroom is really small . They offered me room with interconnecting which is Im not comfortable no lock from my room side as a solo traveller this makes me uneasy. They are not helpingful in terms of the location, they are offering me Airport Pick Up but when I ask them how to go by bus they dont help which is very easy to answer Taksim Square.

I liked the set up of the breakfast area, you can eat outside with the good weather over looking with the nice view of plants. Staffs are friendly, shout out for Erhan.

The room was very small and on top of that had some weird angles and corners to reduce space even more. Very thin walls so one can hear everything from the neighbor room. Cleanliness issue - the curtains were detached and dirty in a few spots, right beside the bed. To think about: crazy expensive café at the hotel. Most of the time it is just empty. They should have made special discount for hotel guests, we'd take our breakfasts there.

Location, freshness (recent complete renovation done), good TV, kettle, and fridge, 2 separate beds with nice quality of mattresses and pillows, new bedsheets and towels. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast was bad!, It means you can eat boiled eggs, cheese(one of them), the other things were not fresh or bad quality! also the bread was not good, the black tea was bad quality! so I suggest the guests to don't take Breakfast

It's the perfect location and really centre of the Istanbul(Europian part), Taksim square

I was the there for 5 nights but the cleaning was done only once. This was done after repeated requests.

This property is located very close to happening spots. Lots of restaurants and exchange office close by. Istikdal street is at a walkable distance. Turn right from the hotel and you would reach the Taksim square.

The bathroom is small and the windows do not close well! We reserved 5 rooms and in all the rooms the windows do not close well!

Breakfast was average, and on some days, food ran out and was not replenished.

Perfect location with a 3 minute walk to Taksim square. Making it easy to access public transport, restaurants, and Isitiklal Street. Staff were amazing and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. They booked our tours and shuttle to the airport as amazing rates.

Very closed to Taksim Square and also closed to the Havaist bus station to any airports. Bed and pillows are comfortable and clean. They even helped me to store my luggage for few days when I’m outside the city, highly appreciated. Thank you for the great services.
