The only remark i have is the street where the hotel is.The location itself is not bad because you are 10 min away from Taksim,but unless you move around with taxi,you will have to walk on a very steep uphill /downhill. Also the neigbourhood is poor and at night suspitios people walk around so it feels a little bit unsafe.A worker from a near market told us that vices are present on those streets and robberies too...Overall it is a good value for the money.

The hotel is in very good condition,probably newly renovated,with modern interior and great lights.Rooms are clean and spatious,beds are very comfortable.The reception is kind and helpful,thankful for their advices about the stay.Breakfast is okay for the price you pay,but i suggest having buffet breakfast with the same products because not everyone eats what is served on the table.So make people choose what they want :)

Only thing that could be improved is the work of the housekeeping. Upon arrival I found 2 towels in the bathroom of my room folded, thinking they were freshly washed only to see when opening them that they were both badly stained and not fresh at all. i brought this up to the reception staff and immediately receieved new towels, but something like this should never happen at whatever price range a hotel has.

Amazingly hopsitable and friendly staff, good location, feels safe and pretty central. Spacious room, very well set up with a kettle, teabags, small fridge and hangers. Overall good money value ratio.

Generally the location was great in terms of proximity to metro stations and tourist attractions. However it's a very steep uphill walk to istiklal and taksim.

The staff and services were great. No hidden costs. Very clear communication by staff. Rooms were awesome, frequent and efficient housekeeping. Very safe inside and out.

It was very clean and the people that worked there were very kind and helpful with everything I wanted to know about Istanbul. I recommend it 100%. Also, it was just a 7 minute walk from İstiklal Caddesi, so the location of the hotel was very good.

The staff were incredibly accommodating. Our flight was on May 1st, a day when nearly all public transport was halted, roads were barricaded by police, and taxis were not in service. Nevertheless, the hotel staff managed to arrange for us an economical and swift ride to the airport, which essentially prevented us from missing our connecting flight. The room was fine; we stayed for one night as a layover. Everything was in order, and it seems like a convenient base for exploring Istanbul.
