The shower leaked but the manager was nice enough to sort it out for us. Beds are a bit hard but other than that it was a wonderful stay

The traffic noise is there, and the mosque will wake you up at 4.30am every morning

- There isn't anything really negative to say, but, for people who have trouble with staircases, I don't recommend walking to their rooms, since the stairs are a bit steep for the first floor, just use the (small but reliable) elevator.

- First and foremost, the hosts were great, they helped us with any kind of issue we had, not only regarding the accommodation itself, but helped us find good places to eat, offered to drive us with their car when we had an emergency, and they paid special attention to our children, always being very nice to them. - The location was perfectly placed, very close (2 min walk) to an urban train station, and within walking distance to all kings of relevant places (less than 10 min walk to the Galata Tower, also less than 10 min walk to the port where you can take ferries and trams to various destinations, or where you can eat any seafood you can imagine). - The rooms were exactly as pictured, large and with good views towards the closest bridge. - Originally, at a first impression, the very small lobby would have been a negative, but during our stay, we discovered the benefit of having a small convenience store on the ground floor, instead of a larger reception area.

The hotel is small but the view was beautiful. Around the hotel there is supermarkets, restaurants and places that you can sit and watch the town the water and the ships . Galata Tower is almost 10 minutes walk .

Weak wifi...Practically no internet access..Problem solved by buying a local sim card with 20GB data for mobile phone...Difficulties in English language for the staff..

Very good location, excellent view, very good cleaning service !! Friendly and very kind staff , instead the difficulties to communicate in english!! Reception guy, upon arrival, gave us a short meal for free in the next door restaurant!!

The place is super cozy and clean. Location is perfect, 2 mins walk from metro and you can easily find a cab to wherever you want. The manager and all the staff are very kind and helpful. The area is very safe day and night. I highly recommend the place.

All really good. No on site amenities but shop underneath and cafe next door so it’s really good.

Location , view , comfort. Rooms lower down are quieter as the ones higher up are near the road bridge but have a better view pros and cons either way.

When i first booked the room there were no reviews about it. I'm glad to say i did the best choice. Wonderful location, just in front of the Atatürk bridge. Clean room with decoration to our liking and new equipment as expected! But i couldn't imagine that kind of politeness and hospitality . Although not everyone could speak English, everybody was willing to help in any case! Made me feel almost at lome. Memet,i certainly feel obliged!!

Location is great for getting around the city. Views from the room of the Bosphorus, Excellent. Sadrettin was always there to help with anything from room enquiries to transport and advice. It's a traditional working mans area, everyone is really friendly. The hotel is clean, comfortable and great value for money.
