The room sizes were quite small especially for the triple rooms. Hardly any space to leave bags around

I asked a question about the opening of the Hagia Sofia and was given incorrect information. I wish there had been more willingness to find out the answer than a guess.

The location was great for exploring the city. I appreciated the elevator and great AC during the hot night.

They only provided paper cups and instant coffee in the rooms. Some powder milk would have been good. And proper cups too.

Excellent location. 5 min walk to the Blue Mosque and 5 min walk from the tram. Also 24 hour check in really helped as we arrived very late. The staff were excellent. Super friendly and helpful.

Shower head was slightly broken but still usable. Only one very small trash can in the toilet. Not enough space to throw away our trash.

Nice little hotel in a small alleyway. Friendly and helpful staff. Beds were comfortable and toilet was clean. The terrace had a beautiful view of the ocean and rooftops. Very strategic location. Near the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Many cafes and restaurants nearby with good food and affordable prices. Nearest tram stop is only 3 minutes away.

The furniture in the room was slightly worn down with visible damage and the bed and slightly uncomfortable.

The staff was super friendly and really cared about my safety and comfort as a solo female traveler. The receptionist was well informed about the public transport and surrounding attractions. The room is clean and cozy

great location - walking distance from the main touristic attractions :) beds are comfortable, beautiful view from the top floor. For the price I think booking this hotel is a good choice. they also offer transfer from the airport to the hotel for 50 eur which is great of you come later and tired :)

Not much! The towels were small and some were frayed, and the room gets a lot of street noise so ear plugs are a must

Fantastic location, lovely friendly staff (we were upgraded to a bigger room with x2 double beds instead of the x1 double and x1 single that we had booked which we were really happy about!), clean and comfortable room with nice big windows and street view. Good working aircon and fridge which we utilised a lot. The wifi was good. Great free luggage storage at reception for a couple of hours before and after our stay which was great

The room I stayed in for the first night I was there was very noisy. The booking.com description says “soundproofed rooms” which I don’t think is true for this room (basic/standard double room) as it was very very loud and I could hear internal noises from the other rooms around me (peoples conversations, even snoring!) as well as outside noises. There was a small strange window in the room which had a film on it but no curtain so it let light in which was annoying. The air conditioning unit did not work - maybe needs new batteries in the remote. The shower was difficult to use and the water kept going hot and then cold

The location was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful and accommodating, they allowed me to check in a couple of hours earlier than check in time free of charge which was really appreciated. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. There is a terrace at the hotel which has great views. I loved the fridge and used this frequently. Great value for money

The location was very good. 10 min walk to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern. Then, a short walk to Tokpaki Palace. Nearby transport via tram to Eminoue and Galata tower. You can also walk it to the Sea of Mamara. On the way, see some historical masjid like Sokollu Mehmet Pasha Masjid. We were upgraded, so we had a lovely view of the sea of marmara from our window. If you want an even better view, you can just go up to the terrace and chill there. The hotel colleagues were very helpful and answered questions and gave you tips.

The only thing with the rooms that we stayed in was the windows are kind of blocked off by the other rooms so we didn’t get natural light in. Can’t comment on the breakfast/food as we didn’t eat at the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very respectful and accommodating as well as helpful. Location is on top of a steep hill but never had to really go up it as all the restaurants and the way to Sultanahmet (near the mosques) were near the the hotel.

The room cleaner didn’t clean the toilet instead on the last day of my departure she puts the cleaning brush in front of of the toilet seats meaning you do the cleaning, I just didn’t bother to report it as it was my last day and the reception staff Ali, Javed & Murit were giving me an excellent hospitality with a smile always during my stay, only 2 minutes down the hill, but that was not an issue

The morning prayers started at 5am. We are in the center of all the mosques, it was quite an experience, and we went back to sleep so it was okay.

We found it hard to fall asleep and woke up a few times (even late at night, it was always noisy because of other guests) as the walls are probably too thin. It affected our rest and, as a result, our overall experience in the hotel. I really hope the hotel will consider fixing this problem as soon as possible to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests. ❗️ Attention to cleaning could be improved, as well as restocking the bathroom with clean towels and toilet paper. Again, however, if you think of the price we really can't complain. For what we paid, it was alright and overall a good experience. 🙏

Pretty good location, as you are close to pretty much everything there is to see in Sultanahmet neighborhood. Also about 5 minutes walk to the bazaar, good restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff, we felt welcome. 😊 Good value for money, the rooms look new, great and are comfortable.

The hygiene in the rooms could be improved. The heaters didn't work, it was cold at night. The breakfast is okay, could include a little variety.

Location is excellent, and the rooms are good also. Overall it was well worth the money.

Great hotel, I would like to send my many thanks to Murat and his assistant Cemal who hosted and looked after me during my stay here. The room was very good and the location is very convenient since it is very close to Cemberlitas. There is a beautiful terrace on the 7th floor with amazing views of the skyline and coastline of Istanbul, particularly at sunrise and sunset. I would happily book this hotel again.
