The staff did not pay much attention to our needs-asked for an iron never got it. There was no hot water just Luke warm. The breakfast was not good. Never ate after the first day. No variety for travellers. Very basic. Rather not book breakfast and walk down the street for the best street food!!

The bed was super comfy, room was clean and very spacious. Perfect area for an awesome young vibe Restaurants and bosphorous was a walking distance from the hotel.

Budget room = windowless room. I did not know it when I made a booking. Breakfast was not too bad but a bit disappointing.

Location is convenient for boat trip. Furniture is very good for sorting out our cloths. Bath room is clean and comfortable. Staff are kind.

Breakfast may improve, I booked with breakfast included for 3 days and I think it may be much better. One thermo of coffee for the whole people in the restaurant is not right, in a country like Turkey with one of the best coffees in the world you cannot offer nescafe in sachet for breakfast. Products on the room like peanuts were expired.

Staff is friendly and always ready to respond our requests. Rooms were as expected and clean. Location is good but not close to the main touristic places in Istanbul

Parking entrance was very narrow, you need to be good driver. Breakfast was basic, no normal coffee (only nescafe), but Turkish tea available. Room was loud (looking at the boulevard, at the reception they said it was seaside view - and yes, you could see the sea, if you lean from the window)

Location is good, very close to a lot of public transportation, also could walk to Dolmabahce. On a Walking distance to a very lively part with restaurants and bars. There is parking , which needs reservation. Reception is 24/7!

in this trip, only the breakfast in rest the service it was good. meet my expectation. but if you get the room with the bulevard side it is a little beat noisy.

the breakfast WAS SURPRISING, I didn't t expect to be in a plate for every turist. I never think that is possible in Turkey where is the best food in the world. the stuff was great, location good, next to the Besiktas bazar.

I paid extra to be able to guarantee that I had a double bed rather than two twin beds. When we arrived the "double bed" was two twins that had been pushed together. This was problematic as the beds kept sliding apart. In addition, the bathroom was nice, but the switch for the overhead shower was broken, so we were stuck using the hand shower. Not a dealbreaker or anything, but an annoyance.

It is a solid hotel located in a bustling neighborhood. It's an easy walk to bars, restaurants, etc frequented by locals. The hotel was clean and the room was ready on arrival. Parking was inexpensive for foreigners (8 euros/160 lira), but would be a bit on the pricey end for Turks. The staff was nice and welcoming.
