We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandDinner was not great for Irish people the main course lacked a bit of proper cooking and were bland tasteing .eventhough we were on half board we ended up eating out most nights in now the most expensive restaurants in the world.
Breakfast was only fair for Irish people eggs were sometimes not cooked properly more selection of fruit fresh pears in syrup and more selection of yogurt also there was no fried eggs available

United StatesI was staying in the furthest side of the hotel and wifi did not reach my room. Windows and walls were super thin and there was a lot of outside noise late at night/early in the morning.
Food was excellent and staff was very nice! The hotel was very clean and pool area was great.

United KingdomThere was no atmosphere in the bar or restaurant. The staff were on their mobile phones even in the kitchen. The gym equipment was mostly out of order and when we mentioned it nothing was done. Our towel rail kept falling off the wall and we asked three times for this to be fixed but it wasn't, I don't drink tea or coffee but had to pay for a glass of water with breakfast. We complained about the food one evening as it was all stone cold and even the manager agreed. We didn't eat in the restaurant again.
Cold Buffet was ok but cooked food was awful. The scrambled eggs looked like sick and fried eggs swimming in grease.

United KingdomGym not maintained very well with no AC and missing weights. Can hear the club music from rooms at night so if you are a light sleeper it’s not a great location.
Spacious apartment with comfortable beds. Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Pool was a very good size with plenty of beds for guests. Food was great, lots of choice and tasty. Right on the promenade so lots of bars, restaurants. Great view out to Setur marina. Secluded and private areas.

FinlandThere were a few things that could be improved. Firstly,they have a relatively big gym. However there was no AC and the room was extremely hot. Also some equipment need updating. Secondly,at dinner no beverages are included. Not even water. We ended up taking our own water for dinner.

South AfricaDid not appreciate the fact that we had to pay an additional deposit (euro) in cash on arrival at the reception. WE normally do not carry another country's currency when staying in Turkey. You will receive it back at the end of your stay, but it seemed a bit odd if you have paid your stay upfront in full.
Location of this hotel is perfect. Walking distance (3 to 4 min) from the main shopping streets of Kusadasi. We had a huge bedroom with a seating area on the 4th floor with a partial view of the sea. Bathrooms are huuuuuuuuge. We opted for half board: breakfast and dinner. We were not dissapointed: buffet for both meals and boy oh boy, they did not disappoint. Service in dining room excellent. Make sure you try their freshly baked pide. And like the rest of Turkey, alcohol is unfortunately very expensive.

IndiaCouple of things One - I had an experience at the restaurant which did not leave me happy. The meals were included in our tariff but not the drinks. So I ordered the drinks and at the time of leaving the table, asked for the bill. I was told - my room will be charged. This is just fine except I should sign the bill that will be added into my room bill. Noone was coming up with bill. On insisting for the same a few times, I got the bill !! Two - at the reception they ask for a 100 US or Euro deposit in cash - which is just fine. The document that they give does not even have the name of the hotel or the name of the person etc. It just did not seem an official receipt of cash by a commercial setup like a hotel. We requested them to write all that by hand - but was not a comfortable feeling!
Absolutely awesome location if you like being close to the beach. Nice vibe around the area. Lots of food and drink options to ch0ose from. Quite a few shops (incl. MIGROS) close by for buying water, beer etc.

United Statesthey gave us a not clean room and I had to ask them to change it. the women in charge wasn’t happy about it!! our second room bed sheets had hair and stain on it! the towels was old and overused. we didn’t have hot water in the morning so no shower again! the rooms were too dark, not enough lights. the pool was freezing cold. the gym was dusty and outdated.
the location was great. the suit was spacious and comfortable. the food was good.

United Kingdomfood generally was poor, nothing like other Paloma hotels so was very disappointing. the room was awful, supposed to be garden view. there was no view at all, the balcony was completely covered by an over grown tree and what you could see of the ground floor was covered in waste materials. the lightening in the room was inadequate, this being an understatement, between the lack of lighting and the tree covering the windows the room was in darkness, for example it was impossible to read a book at any time of the day, the light was so ineffective. we stayed here as we had previously stayed in Paloma Foresta. based on our room and the food i wouldn’t recommend but without too much effort this could be a great hotel in a super location. Perhaps consider B&B , i wouldn’t pay for the food here
